Beware Protected Order button.

When you order from this site, there the button to "continue" to payment is marked "Protected Order". What they don't tell you is that they are adding a "warranty" product to your order. Full disclosure - I didn't pay attention when ordering an item, and then later when I got the order confirmation, I had an additional charge for this "warranty". On the order email, it said to cancel this protection, click a link to cancel, however - I was unable to cancel when it dropped me on my order.
I called customer service and they said they would remove it, but warned me if I don't have that it would take longer / have more issues if my item was damaged during shipping. I stated if my item is damaged in shipping, that's a claim with the shipper. At this point I asked to just cancel my entire order. Now, the elapsed time between order and cancel was less than one hour, but they still charged my card and have yet to credit my account.

REALLY???? It's really misleading when you say that you get a free pillow case but doesn't say that in A VERY CLEAR WAY like having a pop up that says ONLY ON ORDERS 249$ & up. It's not clear I didn't see that little print and I knew what I wanted bc I am a 3 time returning customer purchasing 3 comforters and pillow cases so I guess I spent enough to qualify. I am so conflicted that if after this order do I want to continue to do business with as I planned on ordering another comforter and sheets after I redo the guest bedroom. I do love your products but I feel deceived. Really disappointed I have my own business and my returning customers are some of the most important people bc they put the word out and have reoccurring experience with the product. Word of mouth is important to me. My returning customers get the best deals first. I feel very unimportant and scammed REST- Thank you for sharing your honest feedback—we truly hear your concerns, and we’re very sorry this experience left you feeling misled and unappreciated. That’s never the intention we want for any of our customers, especially someone who has supported us multiple times.
We understand how the “Free Gift” messaging may feel frustrating if the spend requirement wasn’t immediately clear. The promotion is designed as a tiered offer, where gifts are unlocked at specific order values, but we recognize that if this isn’t communicated clearly at first glance, it can come across as misleading. However, the threshold gauge is there for visualization of the tier.
That said, the gift itself isn’t intended to increase the cost of your order, but rather to provide added value once a certain threshold is reached. We never want our customers to feel like they need to purchase items they don’t actually want or need just to qualify

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. While the items are heavily over-priced in general, they have coupons to make them reasonable. But beware, their customer service is below poor. I wasnt aware that my new pillow would include 2 pillow cases, so I ordered a set of pillow cases. When I received the order and saw it included 2 cases, I asked to return the UNOPENED, NEW IN BOX, pillow cases. First, they make you jump through hoops to get to a return, offering you a gift card with extra money on it, etc. - When you finally get to a return, they charge you $10 for the return to "process it" - even if its NEW and unopened. Now, you say yes and you think youre good to go? I get an email asking me to accept a partial return of $12 and I can keep the pillow cases. I dont need them! and I should be entitled to a full refund since they were not opened at all. When I asked them about the $10 fee, they have some poor answer, which is essentially that they need the money to do the processing of the return. WTH? Must be a store with 2 people running it and with a very poor business background.

On a side note - the "Always Cool Pillow" is NOT always cool and I should have returned that as well, but its too late now. Overpriced and their promises are simply lies.

Purchased the Snow Ivory sheets and…

Purchased the Snow Ivory sheets and comforter. BEWARE- they have a very obvious peach undertone that isn’t called out on their site (the site photo looks quite different). I took it under a few rooms and outdoors to see if it was just my lighting, but it was still very peach. When I flagged this, customer support was prompt but resolution was terrible. They have fees for restocking, and wanted me to pay extra to change the color, despite them being cheaper via sale online (they always have sales btw). We ended up begrudgingly keeping them, and I will say they are soft but be mindful of color selection and return policy.

Don’t waste your money on a company that didn’t honor their warranty

In July 2025 I spent over $300 on comforter fitted sheet and pillowcases with Rest. I was pleased with the cooling affect of the comforter but within in the first month of the comforter the stitching was breaking apart. customer service had me return the comforter to get a replacement but It took them over two weeks to get my replacement comforter after this is where everything went downhill. My replacement comforter seemed lighter and the cooling affect wasn’t as my first one. Now it’s the end of October and they continue to patronize me with apologies and shifted me off to different departments, but they are not willing to say that they will rectify the issue or replace the comforter.
I believe that the delay of my replacement comforter took over two weeks so that I would’ve not been on the 30 days refund policy. My opinion is that they are an overpriced and have horrible customer service and do not abide by the warranty. I recommend not to even purchase anything from them.

REST BEDDING STAY FAR AWAY

Absolutely wretched company. I spent $1300 on bedding from them. I was unsatisfied with a few of the items, so I began the return process. Rest does not have a phone number, and the only way to contact them is through a generic email address. They take two days to reply and then give you the run around with demands for photos, package details, etc. I provided pictures of everything, the packaging still intact, nothing had been removed, opened, or used. What happened next was a month and a half of ridiculous email exchanges that spanned weeks at a time. The tactic was obvious - to get me to give up in frustration. When I finally got them to send me a UPS label, I returned the items as instructed and then waited three weeks for a return that never showed up on my card. I emailed again and received a reply stating that returns are "sent to financing for final review" and "refunds can take 14-21 days." Complete nonsense. I finally had no choice but to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. Aside from the headache that is this company, their products are horrible. They are not cooling at all; in fact, my family complained about sweating at night. Worst experience ever.

Product wasn't great, customer service wasn't either

Cool blanket wasn't cool. In fact it made me sleep hotter. Customer service said they only refund 90% for the return, not ideal. Did the return and its been 24 days and they still haven't initiated the refund. Bad customer service, slow response, and bad follow up.

Do not buy a queen-size comforter if…

Do not buy a queen-size comforter if you expect it to cover both the end (foot end) of your bed mattress AND your pillows on the bed. The comforter is ONLY 90" by 90" and therefore leaves part of the pillows exposed to dust, etc.

Additionally, DO NOT THROW AWAY their packaging (excessive as it is) as you'll need the original packaging to return the item.

I bought two sets of sheet combinations and a comforter. Everything came inside a large box with multiple smaller boxes inside, each containing a separate item. Being a good steward of recycling, I recycled the boxes. A few days after I removed my old bedding and tried the new one, I discovered the comforter's size shortfall. Contacting Rest, I was told, I cannot get a refund because I didn't have the original box. (I could also think this was the intended ploy)

Unresolved Order Issue

Unfortunately, my recent experience with Rest Sheets was disappointing and remains unresolved. While I acknowledge that the delivery error was due to my inputting a mismatched billing and shipping address, I was surprised that customer service offered no real assistance in helping resolve the issue. I was ultimately able to work directly with the delivery company, Veho, to reroute part of the order to my daughter’s address in Houston. That kind of solution and initiative is something I would have expected Rest Sheets to offer. (5 stars for Veho!)

I also requested a discount so I could reorder the portion of the order that could not be recovered, but Timothy from customer service declined to even match the 15% discount I used on the original order—offering only 10%. This felt tone-deaf given the situation, especially when faced with the prospect of spending another $277 on sheets I already paid for.

I’ve been a loyal, repeat customer, spending $470 in 2024, $170 in 2023, and now $277 in 2025. That kind of customer deserves better support and flexibility. I truly hope Rest Sheets takes this feedback seriously and considers improving how issues like these are handled going forward.

Best cooling experience

A friend told me about these sheets. I have not tried the comforter. I resisted at the price. But I did buy the fitted sheet set. They are definitely the BEST sheets on the market. The fitted sheet stay put. The pillow case is a dream to sleep on. I take my pillow case on trips with me. Fantastic! I love the cool feel. Great for hot sleepers. That's me. I took off 1 star due to the price.
