The quality, ease and timing was fantastic.

Super-fast shipping and great customer service. When one of the items I ordered was damaged, they sent a replacement immediately as well as a pre-paid return shipping label. New item is perfect, as are all the other items I ordered! (I ordered measuring cups and spoons and a pepper grinder.)

Shipping crazy high, even though they say they don't control it. Not sure if that's true.

The order arrived a week and a half late for our event. We didn't have them in time. No email communication was provided with a tracking number or anything. We had to go to the store last minute and buy some replacement ones.

The description says is glass but is definitely not 1000% glass cause is not possible to etch and that’s the main reason I bought them.

Easy online ordering , fast shipping ,product as described. Before I purchased I watched videos the cup lids and honestly the hot pink lid is way more vibrant than in the video which is awesome. It IS just like the color shown on the website (given your computer is set for the true colors )
I bought the lime green cups 16 oz cups and red and also hot pink lids for changing it up post Christmas for when my mobile concession trailer is attending other events that are non holiday specific. The cups are beatiful. Lids fit great. When at events like mine it was important my cups STAND OUT and they did exactly that. Some things may be a little more pricey , but when it comes to looking appetizing and fun it draws attention and thus you’ll sell more! Also, I am one who normally doesn’t do reviews but I’m trying to break the good review silence. Too often everyone wants to post a bad review but won’t take the time to write a GOOD review when a company had what was advertised and did a seamless job on product ordering. Shipped and received as was estimated at time of purchase and had a site where all info on the item was provided with images that were nearly identical to the product when it arrived. My spouse and adult son thought it was silly to stress about these cup and lid choices but when they arrived they both admitted I chose the best cups for my hot drinks. My staff also loved them being unique and fun compared to the other food trucks serving hot drinks.

The cups I ordered were hard to find, but Restaurantware had them in stock and quickly shipped them out. Thanks!
