Arrived wet and dented with no warning
Arrived wet and dented. I can only assume storm damage pre-packing but it would have been nice of you to let me know.
There were also no alerts about shipping and delivery - it's a good job we were expecting other things that day (we'd received emails about them) so we were in for your random delivery.
