I placed my order 1 month ago, I haven't even received the parcel with the shipping label yet, I did let them know about the delay 11 days ago, they said they were gonna send it soon, but it never happened. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone
First time i have used them and it's been a total nightmare. Have chased countless times but communication back is diabolical. Causing me so much stress wondering where on earth my brand new racket is with so much back and forth. Have been concerned it is a scam as throughout the course of the month I have been in touch with the founder Adam - 7 times I have asked him for a quick phone call to reassure me this is a genuine business rather than an internet scam and every time he refused. Conplete lack of courtesy considering the hassle this has caused me. Seems very apologetic on email...but just will not pick up the phone to call me!!! Gave me some free balls for the hassle factor which was a nice touch but too late, and my frustration could have been avoided had he been more proactive, with more urgency and had he given me a quick phone call

Sent 2 badminton rackets for restring. Paid a bit extra for a quicker delivery which was a mistake on the website apparently.
Just received them back after 12 days!
They did a good job but it’s taken far too long.

In regards to the delivery options, because of an error on our website, you weren’t shown the correct stringing shipping options. So you didn’t actually pay extra for a quicker service, you paid less than our standard service would cost. This is our error and it has since been rectified on the website.

The restring part of service was fine. I left my rackets at One-Stop Hermes collection point on monday at 10am. I was notified on Thursday at 1am that they were restrung and ready to come back. They arrived monday at 5:30pm. So Hermes had them for 5 days. I had 3 matches to play over that weekend with an old racket. I haven't had chance to use rackets yet to comment on restring quality
Good service. An excellent guide helps you decide what type of strings you need and how tightly you’d like your racquet strung.
The service itself is easy and quick. Price depends on what type of strings you choose.
