Total scam. Not made in US, made in China, cheap junk. Refuse full refund unless I pay to ship to Dubai. Hong Kong bank, never provided form for return, would have taken product back and not refunded anything. Totally dishonest. Facebook knows about the scam and does nothing. Total fraud, stay away from this junk and totally dishonest company. Product not as represented.

Horrible customer service. False advertising. What you see in their ads is not what you will receive when you order. They refuse to refund your money even when you provide photos of the discrepancies. Don't purchase from this company.

Do not purchase from Rataica if for some reason you might have to return. They refuse to send me a shipping label and instead offer me a 9.00 refund on a 99.00 order and told to keep the tops I don’t like. Ridiculous!! Never again. Mary Jessup

I placed my order on 9/8/2021 and my credit card was charged. I did receive a receipt via email with a message that my order was being processed. I heard nothing else until I emailed the company. I explained that if I did not hear anything back soon I would contest on my card. I got an immediate response that order was on it's way and I received the order 4 days later., 10/29/2021. I like the products but the length of delivery time was way too long.

No problems with this order at all. My wife was very happy with all the tops, and delivery was very timely.

I love the shirts!! One I too small so I would like to exchange so I emailed them and haven’t heard back yet. The only complaint I have it that it took like 3 months to get them.

The sweaters are beautiful. So soft and the fit is true size. I will definitely order from this site again. Would have gave 5 stars but order took about 3 weeks longer then expected

I loved everything - I am typically a Medium ...and ordered everything large (after seeing comments). Everything fit well! The tracking didn't work for watching for my package ...it never showed shipped - which is hard with porch pirates - and it took 7 weeks to get my package ...just FYI - if looking to purchase for a specific event. I do love what I purchased!

Have not actually worn the tops yet, but in trying them on was pleased with fabric quality and fit (ordered M - I am about 135 lbs, 36C). It did take quite a while to receive the order, though. (about 6 weeks) Sign of the times I guess.

Overall, happy with my purchase. Sizing is a little inconsistent. One top is cut a little small, but ok.
Delivery took forever, but assume that was due to current situation with shipping.

I ordered several shirts and sweaters from them. I love them all! Good quality and comfortable. I did size up one size. I like a loose not fitted shirt and this worked perfect for me. I will order from them again.

I have ordered from Retaica twice and have had no problems at all. The items fit well and are of good quality. I am 5.9 and 155 lbs and the Large fits perfectly.

I ordered 2 blouses and a dress. The 2 blouses look good and fit good, however the dress looks like a tent. I won't even bother with trying to return it since shipping is such a nightmare right now, but it looks nothing like the picture. It's huge at the bottom but tight in the shoulders, I'm not sure what body type this is made for but it's not good.
