Warning... this is a long read. I decided to put in as much detail as I could in this review so anyone reading it can judge whether my rating is fair or not.

I bought a 2017 Audi Q5 from them online last November 2023 via their website where you put a reservation fee of 200 and they will get the process going for you. I was hesitant to do an online transaction at first but it seemed like a process that's been refined due to covid. A walk-around video of the car is supposed to be provided, highlighting existing flaws or issues, before the car is delivered. So there should be no surprises.

So I paid the reservation on the 30th of October, which was a Monday. Got a phone call from Saif the next day, one of their Sales Exec. I was offered some freebies if I can get full payment in the next couple of days and they will deliver the car Friday the same week. Sounded like a sweet deal to me so I took the risk despite not having the walk-around video yet. I thought, with their stellar reviews and a 4.8 star rating, what could go wrong? right?

Thursday I got an update that the car is in and they are doing preparations. I thought, "Great, looks like everything is on track". Friday came, I still did not get a video of the car, I followed up, Saif is not in the office and will be on holiday the next week. Bottomline I did not get the car Friday. The week after I was informed that the earliest they could get the car to me was Friday... again. I only got the walk-around video from Mohammed on Thursday and it turns out there are more scratches and scuffs than I expected to be honest. I finally got the car Friday. Where it was driven all the way from London to Edinburgh by Ali. Nice guy and very professional.

Next day I noticed that there was a crack in windscreen which was not highlighted during the walk-around video. I had to get it resin filled to prevent it from propagating and Reverie agreed to pay the cost of the repairs. There were actually several more pinhole chips on the driver side of the windscreen that I just learned to accept and ignore.

18 days after, on my way home from bringing my kid to school, as I was braking to slow down for a red traffic light, I suddenly heard a loud knocking noise from the front near side wheel. After that, I would hear knocking and screeching noises every time I would step on the brake. I was pretty close to our house so I was able to drive it to our parking garage. I had to drive really slow and minimize any braking. On the same day I called warranty admin to get advise on what to do, making sure I followed procedures for a hassle-free warranty claim. I was advised to get it checked by a garage local to me. On the day that I was about to bring it to the garage, noise from the front left wheel was too loud and it was obvious that I can't drive it to the garage. I called AA breakdown and they found one of the BRAKE CALIPER BOLT CAME OFF and the other one was loose. I turns out the brake pads were replaced before Reverie Autos delivered the car but did not tighten the bolts properly that it eventually came off. So there I was wondering what else could go wrong.
For my own peace of mind and safety, I had it checked over by a reputable garage near me.

I called back Tara from Reverie Autos third-party warranty admin and the exact words that came from her was... "So you're telling me that AA fixed the issue, and you decided on your own to still go to a garage and you want us to pay for the check over?". I mean, should I even be experiencing brake caliper bolts coming off of an Audi Q5? It could have been worse. Imagine if the bolt suddenly came off on the motorway and I had to step on the brake to slow down. They eventually agreed to pay for the check-over.

Fast forward 18th of Feb, 8 days after the 3 months warranty has ran out, rear parking sensors are now intermittently working.

Wow what can I say the experience with these guys has been amazing.

From the moment I enquired about the car & drove it away less than 48 hours after my enquiry.

My sales person Razza was a gent & beyond helpful! The whole team restored my faith in car dealers.

They even sent me on my way with a full tank of petrol ⛽️.

My new car is fantastic and doing my part exchange was seamless and painless.

I have never known a company to rectify a situation quite as well as Reverie Autos. After a decidedly difficult start to buying a new car, Hamid went over and above board to ensure smooth delivery of my gorgeous new car and having my car collected via part exchange. We were greeted by the driver with a bunch of flowers and two boxes of chocolates for my children.

I reserved a car on Friday and was told I could collect it Monday (initially they wanted me to pay in full by the end of the day).
I noticed on Sunday the car was back on the market after being removed when I placed my deposit, so I was a little suspicious. But I left home early with my parents to travel 170 miles to collect the car. At 9:20 I sent a message to confirm I was coming and I after 20mins I received a call to say it wasn’t going to work out as the car wasn’t good enough as it had a fault. I’d travelled 100miles at this point.
Then I received another explanation by message telling me the owner had changed their mind as I didn’t pay for it upfront and also the car was in poor condition.
Why this wasn’t all apparent on Friday or over the weekend I don’t know.
My deposit was refunded in good time though.
I also received a call from Hassan, the MD of the company wishing to understand what had happened and to apologise sincerely for the inconvenience and upset. This gesture reassured me this is a genuine company which, on this occasion, got it badly wrong.
It seems they were selling a client’s car and he didn’t wish to have the appropriate work carried out after the inspection so took the car away. Still inexcusable that I wasn’t informed but goes some way to understanding the mess up.

I recently purchased a car from Reverie Autos and was so impressed by the whole process from start to finish. Communications were superb (thank you Natalia), there were no fees for delivery and the car arrived in immaculate condition. I can highly-recommend the company and will certainly consider using them again in future!!!

I am glad that I pick them. They have sold my car for a less than a week and gave me best offer ever. I strongly recommend them and definitely if I need to sell a car will go to them! I have done very good research before and I was happy so don't worry to pick them up. Also the team is very helpful and friendly.

If I could give them 7 stars, I would! Simply sensational service, from the very start to the end. Amir was exceptionally friendly, helpful and understanding. He walked me through the entire process of how they sell my car, what the fees involved were and setting my expectations. He made it incredibly simple to the extent where I simply handed him the keys and he did the rest.

My car was sold within 3 weeks in record time, way quicker than I anticipated and at a far superior price than any of the other competitors. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and credit to Amir and the entire team for the fantastic work they've done in selling off my car.
