Ordered a vote/engagement service from this freelancer. After using them again recently, we discovered that a large portion of the emails from their voter list (around 90%) were fake accounts that never actually voted, going back to work delivered in 2022.
When we raised this, the freelancer denied responsibility, saying it was handled by a "partner," despite this being work we paid them directly for. We cancelled the current order and received a refund before completing payment. We have chat records documenting the issues raised and their response.
Cannot recommend based on this experience.
