Well i left a review about another Solicitor on their page to be told an email would be sent for me to verify my email address. Still waiting 48 hours later. Sent an email asking what was tge problem still waiting vile awful waste of time company.

Bad IT department
I wrote a negative review about Field Seymour Parkes LLP but the reviewsolicitors's validation link ended up in the scam folder.
Luckily I checked!

I left a genuine review based on my own experience with a solicitor firm. The review was published and then later removed without any notification, explanation, or opportunity for me to respond to any concerns.

As a reviewer, I would expect transparency. If a review is removed, there should at least be communication explaining why and what evidence, if any, is required from the reviewer. Instead, my review simply disappeared.

This experience has left me questioning how reliable and transparent the review process really is. A review platform should give both reviewers and businesses a fair opportunity to be heard, but removing honest reviews without informing the person who wrote them undermines confidence in the system.

Eunice from ReviewSolicitors was absolutely perfect, thank you. It was a very positive meeting, and I learned so much that I wasn’t aware of before. The insight she shared I believe will be a genuine benefit going forward.

Waste of time.

They sent me an e-mail asking me to review a solicitor I'd used. When I tried to submit it I got a message saying I could not do so because my e-mail address did not match the e-mail address they'd requested a review from.

There was nowhere on the review form where I had to enter my e-mail address. They sent me an e-mail with a link to a review form to fill in. I clicked on the link and completed the form.

I am disappointed with my experience using ReviewSolicitors.

After posting a detailed review based on my genuine experience with legal representation, I received a defamation complaint notice and was asked to provide supporting evidence. I cooperated fully and supplied documentation, including publicly available reporting that supported key factual elements of my review.

For example, one of the disputed statements related to comments reportedly made in court was supported by a published news article quoting those remarks. Despite this, my review was still not treated in what felt like a balanced or transparent manner.

I understand the need to moderate potentially defamatory content. However, if a platform requests evidence from a reviewer and that evidence is provided, there should be a fair and transparent assessment process rather than what feels like automatic preference toward legal firms.

As someone sharing a genuine lived experience, I felt discouraged from leaving an honest review, despite making efforts to support my statements with evidence when requested.

I hope ReviewSolicitors improves transparency and consistency in how complaints and supporting evidence are handled, so both firms and reviewers are treated fairly.

I have now received the papers for my late husband’s estate (Land Registry) and grant of probate from my solicitors Taylor Bracewell in Doncaster. This work has been carried out with care, professionalism and sympathetic understanding. I will not hesitate to use Taylor Bracewell in the future.

I’m so glad to have taken the advice to contact a lawyer at JMW.. I was equally thankful to have had Mark Havenhand deal with my case. What a terrible disingenuous firm. If you write an honest but negative review of a law firm which they themselves emailed you and requested you to right these guys will take it down if the law firm lies to them in their complaint.

They email you saying you have until midnight that day to respond or your review MAY be taken down but they take it down well before the deadline and don’t bother responding.

Simply put like many review sites which are packed with fake positive reviews it seems we’ve unfortunately found another monetising the fake review industry for business.

The break GDPR and send your personal information to the other side of which for my personal situation has made it beyond hard. They take no responsibility of fault although they told me they had done it. Do not use at all costs

Everything was explained in easy language and went through quite quick

The checklist of criteria was very comprehensive and covered every aspect of ‘performance’ by the Solicitor.
