Its now been a year since my experience…
Its now been a year since my experience with this company, it's my second time writting a review for this company on trustpilot - but its definetly deserved. Briefly, my S23 ultra screen had been replaced, and after the replacement my back cameras completely stopped working alongside a couple other sensors.
I managed to fix that with another company and for about a year my phone worked relatively well( apart from the fact that my front camera was covered in dust from the screen change though i didn't mind that much)
Anyways - about a week ago I was going on with my day and it got a bit rainy, and my phone screen literally just went blank. Years of photos files logins are now simply gone - and i know that its just the screen because the phone still makes notification sounds, the double tap turns on the flashlight etc.
Please avoid this company, and if you have to deal with them - DONT THROW OUT YOUR RECEIPTS!

Brilliant place. They fixed my samsung which had a bulging battery and made sure to show me that the new one was authentic. Really friendly and all round great service. Didn't try to upsell anything aftewards either.

Helpful advice and good customer care
My Mum’s Tecno phone was acting up with annoying messages popping up and not letting her access the phone. Although the UK doesn’t deal in Tecno (he let us know this previously unknown info), the tech guy calmly explained and advised us on what we could do to stop the phone from behaving that way. We thought he would charge for the advice and taking a look at the phone but he waived it. Helpful advice and good customer service.

Fantastic service!
Nestled between the perfume shop and the escalator at the John Lewis end of Buchanan Galleries you could easily miss Revive Lab. If you have a phone problem that would be sad loss. We had a WhatsApp software problem and had visited 5 phone shops on Sauchiehall Street to try to fix it. None were able to and said it wasn't fixable. Then we discovered Revive who fixed it in 10 minutes. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly, Revive lab are our future goto for all mobile phone issues!

Quick, High Quality Service
We contacted Revive Lab at 11.30AM this morning, Sun 16th Nov 2025. The team provided high quality service. The service was quick, taking 2.5 hours (motherboard repair, new back, new battery, camera fix and full clean). All of this cost less than £300. The employees were polite and helpful. I would 100% recommend this service and will consider travelling to Glasgow specifically to use this company if we require any future repairs.
