It was magical experience to see all of the characters from the Mad Hatters Tea Party come alive, laughing and joking. My wife made each of these life size characters and she exhibits them on our Open Garden Day in the summer, sitting around the table as in the photo within our Conservatory. I added some sounds of laughter and some screams of delight and everyone is amazed at seeing the video
How you made them all move and clapping their hands using your App without loosing any details of the characters-it's truly remarkable. So thank you

The picture I used is of my Gramma and Grampa.My Gramma died in 1922 so I never saw her.When you made her smile it was something I never experienced thankyou for allowing me to see my Gramma smile

It was wonderful. My parents coming alive in the picture! But I cannot afford a subscription as I am on a fixed income. I thank you for the memory though.

My dad died in 1965, so this was the first time I had seen him smile since then. It still makes me smile with tears.

Since our Maddy passed in January it was great to see a pic of her come to life even if for only a few seconds!👍

When I received my memory, I felt my heart race. To take a picture and bring it to life was the best thing ever. The look in his eyes and the smile on his face, I could actually feel the hug he gave me. This was the best thing that’s happened to me since his passing. Thank you.

This company is cheating so many users!
Ordered a photo made into a small video clip - that was actually quite poor for $1.
The following week had a subscription fee of $39.99 US taken from my Paypal account.

At no time was I made aware that I was signing up to a subscription.
Have tried to contact them to ask for a refund but still waiting for a reply.
I cannot recommend using this company !

I will be contacting my bank security as well as PayPal.
Never will I give my info for $1 again.
They charged me 3x !!!!
I want it all back!!!

Underhand taking subscription without you being aware , reported and claimed a refund via pay pal , I won't be wasting any more of my time sending them emails

Horrible. I signed up for the one dollar tryout and it was garbage work so i immediatly canceled and they are now charging me 39 dollars for nothing. Im disputing

Wish I'd checked Trustpilot first - but I thought I was just paying $1 for an animation sample. A week later the massive subscription charge was taken. The Mary bot refuses to make a refund even though at no point was it stated you're signing up for a subscription.
Scam site deliberately set up to entrap. One for Trading Standards and Paypal to deal with. I won't let this rest.
Update: Following publication of this review I submitted a further request and my money has been refunded.

i sent a pic. of my mom and dad to do into a video mom was ok but dad was a stranger. i sent them a message that it was no good, at that point they realy should have sent me a $1.00 refuned but they charged $ 39.90 more.
now i am trying to disput the charge on my card

Got conned in after paying for the first picture I thought I was done then was charged 39 dollars on pay pal. I asked for a refund on the day I was charged and was sent their terms and conditions no refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

After contacting the company once I reviewed them they did make it right

I paid for the trial photo which was awful, I sent an email telling them so .
Heard nothing back !!!!! Until they had taken £30 out of my PayPal account 🤬.
They will not give me a refund but I have cancelled my apperant subscription, I'm waiting now to see what PayPal are going to do as I have put in a complaint.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE , DAY LIGHT ROBBERY!!!
Update 17.9.26 . I have received a full refund from Emma put back into my PayPal account, which I am thankful for, but it shouldn't of happened in the first place.
Mary was the contact who would not give me a refund so I think Mary should be re trained in customer service. !!!!

Pitty I had to give 1 star, because revive memories deserve a minus rating. I note from the answers to negative comments (and there are many) that this company always apologise and give a refund, but that shouldn't be the case in the first instance. Like everyone, I was attracted by the low cost of bringing photo images to life, but that is the bait...dangled to get you hooked on a sly subscription. I personally have had to change my bank details twice because of these crooks. Do yourselves a favour...stay away from these crooks, it's not like the service is good anyway.

I signed up for the $1 trial with Revive Memories on 13 August 2026. I was surprised to discover that this also resulted in a subscription being created.

After noticing this, I immediately went into my Revive Memories account and cancelled it. My account now shows “Subscription Status: CANCELLED.”

What concerned me further was the payment information in PayPal. The payment was made to UAB Teide Ventures, rather than the name Revive Memories, and PayPal showed UAB Teide Ventures as a linked business. I had to investigate this myself and manually remove the PayPal connection.

I also received an email from Revive Memories asking me to “Confirm Your Subscription” shortly afterwards.

The $1 trial payment is shown in my account as a “Trial Payment – $1.00.” Although I have now cancelled everything and removed the PayPal connection, I found the whole process confusing and concerning.

My advice to anyone considering the $1 trial: check the subscription status immediately afterwards and check your PayPal account for any linked payment arrangements.

I personally would not recommend signing up without carefully checking exactly what you’re agreeing to.
