Good, kind and fast support. My number one host for Discord bots and Minecraft servers!

I've been using Revivenode for almost 1 year now, and during this time I've hosted 5 servers. I almost never had issues with it, but even when I did, all I had to do is go in their Discord server and issue a ticket, tell them my problem and they would resolve it in less than 10 minutes! I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a moderator to respond whenever I issued a ticket.

One of the best value for money server providers, great staff and customer support team. The staff are always happy to help any time if the day.

Revivenode fell victim to a data breach, failed to refund my unused account balance of $30.58. They argued on discord and the ticket center onsite about it. These people use pre-exposed whmcs web templates anyone could buy or download cracked. I received a very condescending response from their first rep. I expressed my concerns about the safety of my data.
Refused to refund & over charged me with an automatic deposit.

Good customer support, good servers. It works beautifully and it's cheap, what else do you want?
