Despite letting a scammer steal my life savings of £5,500, plus blaming me for it, and leaving me with £1, I keep getting e mails asking me to update my details, and now I have been told my account is restricted. That will really hurt me not having access to £1 in my account. I guess I will have to cancel my holiday this year. It just shows that they haven't got a clue what they are doing. I gave them 1 star because I can't go any lower.

I have been waiting over a month for a Business Account to be activated - says 3-24 hours.

The Account person (real person) helping has stopped responding, online (AI) help is useless - just don't let these people near your accounts/money, customer service is nonexistent.

Compte inactif depuis plusieurs mois car mécontente de leur service, j'ai écrit au siège social pour demander la cloture définitive de mon compte en réglant 3.13€ de frais demandés, et ce, depuis 10/2024.
Hélas, je continue de recevoir des mails pour me réclamer 3.13€ de frais malgré mes différents échanges de mails avec justificatifs pour prouver ma demande de cloture depuis 10/2024.
Différents correspondants m'ont répondu rapidement mais ne veulent rien comprendre, prétendant que mon compte est toujours ouvert et que je dois payer des frais !!!
Irréaliste !!! Comment peut on prélever des frais sur un compte inactif et continuer à demander le paiement des frais le 02/02/2026 alors que la cloture du compte est demandée depuis 10/2024 !

Revolut there is no way of contacting them by phone my advice to people have nothing to do with them they are a scam

Refered a friend to Revolut. They declined the referral fee as a virtual card was mistakenly ordered instead of a virtual card. A minor point in my view. My friend was accepted as a customer, paid in money to the account and made three qualifying purchsses before the deadline. Revolut got the new customer they wanted but won’t pay out on a technicality. There are many forums about their confusing and complicated practices in an attempt not to pay referral fees. Their customer service is very poor for a financial services company. The have little empathy and are uninterested in resolving genuine issues. My advice would be to avoid Revolut. There are better alternatives- Monza, Starling, Wise, Skrill, Monese.

Har i over et år prøvet at åbne min konto,hvilket ikke har været muligt trods div henvendelser, jeg har endda bedt dem om bare at nedlægge min konto.
Nu vil de fa...me ha nye personlige oplysninger på en ikke eksisterende konto.
At de har stjålet/ forhindret mig i at hæve mit indskud på kr 100.-syntes jeg er under mål for en bank virksomhed ??

Conto bloccato, nessuna notifica nell'app al riguardo, assistenza non sa dire nulla tranne messaggi robotiche standard, denaro congelato e nessuna tempistica chiara o motivo per cui il Conto è stato bloccato. Sono un cliente dal anni e non faccio nulla di strano con il conto.

Fordernd aber interessant

Due giorni fa ho scritto una recensione su Revolut e oggi mi hanno chiuso l'assistenza, dopo che ho dato un giudizio sulle persone, che sono state gentili.... ma IL PROBLEMA PERSISTE.
In questi due giorni ci siamo sentiti e sono riuscita a fare anche un video, dove si vedeva tutto... ma il problema continua, non è stato risolto.
Per fortuna che si può visualizzare la app anche da PC ma dopo 30 secondi si chiude..... insomma non sono molto contenta ... perchè se il mio telefonino facesse cosi anche con altre app è un conto...ma l'unica è Revolut...quindi è loro il problema!
Ho notato fra l'altro che funziona meglio di sera e questo è un problema da risolvere..

Skickar fakesms till din mobil i hopp om att man ska logga in på deras fakesida. Se upp!
