Genuine made parts and components, and the product works great. Only concern and problem is lack of printed instruction and information with add on parts (rider remote). Received no literature on setup so had to search for information to use which lead to not fully understanding the system and loosing it. Someone should not have to look up old facebook articles and hunt down youtube videos on how to use it something when buying a new product.

Good technical support. Rewinch is a great solution for surfing, wakeboarding or any watersports on a lake where boats are not allowed. Works perfectly so far after 3 months of use.

Great product after sale service is second to none.

I use it for snowboarding with the 60km mod and love it. Nothing is too big. Oh have a 35 foot jump in my backyard and use it for speed no problem. And super easy to set up and take down.

Felipe and Rewinch are awesome! I ordered my rewinch and after a few uses had some equipment failures. The owner scheduled a video meeting with me and went through the machine, he helped to replace parts and ultimately fixed the issue. The product and the customer support I received were/are top level! I Highly recommend the Rewinch as a product and the support their team provides during and after the purchase! This winch is highly versatile in many environments: Snow, lake, river, ocean, and on land. I wouldn’t buy any other winch system other than ReWinch!!

Never received it, didn’t get a refund and hasn’t shown up to the address I provided even asking them to change. Was supposed to be a gift and you blew it.

Thank you Rewinch! This rider throttle is now an essential part of my rewinch setup. This is the way winching was meant to be experienced, the controls are really intuitive and the range of the wireless connection has been really impressive. After years with my rewinch this entirely renews the excitement of winching. I can't wait to have some snow to try it with next!

Rewinch is an amazing machine. I have spent most of my life doing board sports and have always found myself dreaming about how I could surf, skate or wake board these unique places. Recently I have taken up paragliding and rewinch is opening doors in this sport as well. Water, land or in the air rewinch can get you there!
I also cannot say enough about the owner of Rewinch. Totally committed to customer service.

All up a Great product, using winch and rider remote for solo flat water hydrofoiling, not wakeboarding.
Great battery life, get multiple sessions before recharging.
Has a bit too much power for the auto start function on a hydrofoil. Even at maximum 12 second ramping time on the rider remote still tends to start to hard and breach the foil. I figured out a workaround by setting the speed lower then holding both buttons to increase the speed manually once up on foil but a 16 and 20 second ramping time option would be great. Lead time on the remote was slow and delayed but with covid supply issues understandable but worth the wait

It took a while but it was worth the wait awesome little kit
