RezaFlash is a 24/7 concierge service designed to assist members with different reservations and everyday requests, including restaurants, taxis, hotels, travel and entertainment. Please note that our service does not guarantee that every reservation request can be fulfilled, as availability ultimately depends on the establishment.

Regarding the charge you mention, we understand that our customer service team has already informed you that the amount is being reversed. Your refund request is currently being processed, and we kindly ask for some patience while the transaction is completed. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take some time for the amount to appear on your account.

To help our team locate your subscription and process your request correctly, please contact us using the email address associated with your RezaFlash subscription. Even if you do not have access to an account yourself, this information allows our team to identify the relevant subscription and review the payment.

We would like to clarify that Rezaflash is a concierge service designed to assist customers with requests and reservations. The terms of the concierge subscription, including the applicable trial period, pricing, renewal and cancellation conditions, are presented during the registration process.

Regarding the separate weekly $0.25 “Magazine” charges, as confirmed in your exchanges with our support team, the subscriptions have now been cancelled. Therefore, no further charges should be made for the cancelled services.

Regarding your refund request, if it has not yet been processed, your case may still require further review in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. We understand that this is disappointing and encourage you to continue the conversation with our customer service team, who can review the status of your request and provide the appropriate information.

We regret that the registration process and subsequent charges were not sufficiently clear from your perspective. We also regret the difficulty you experienced when initially attempting to locate the relevant account, and we take this feedback seriously.

Our service begins with a 3-day trial period for €0.01, followed by a monthly subscription that can be canceled at any time!

The subscription details are clearly stated on our website several times, including a checkbox to confirm your consent. Furthermore, to avoid any confusion, we send SMS messages and emails upon registration to remind you of our terms and conditions and explain the service.
