Despite the intricacies involved, our team put in every effort to ensure a comprehensive and accurate setup. Unfortunately, we faced challenges in obtaining necessary business details from your end, leading to an incomplete configuration.
Regarding the charge after the free trial period, we want to highlight that our terms and conditions, along with the service agreement you signed and the activation email sent, included a notice specifying your first billing date and amount. This was intended to provide full transparency, ensuring you had ample notice before any charges were incurred.
