Richard Lloyd are certainly true to their vision of keeping the building of long term partnerships with clients and candidates at the heart of what they do. I have experienced this vision many times both as a candidate and a client. Whilst I have experienced honesty, professionalism, and continual communication throughout the recruitment process from all members of the Richard Lloyd team that I have worked with, co-founder David Landau has always 'exceeded expectations' and is an absolute pleasure to work with. When I had questions she answered the straight away. With so many other agencies Kiana always contacted me and I never had to wonder or wait to try and figure out what was happening.
