i HAVE GIVEN ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE I COULDNT WRITE A REVIEW OTHERWISE I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS.
THIS CHINESE COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING ANYWHERE NEAR IT.
AFTER COMPLAINING ABOUT RECIVING A BOXFUL OF EMPTY ENVELOPES INSTEAD OF A BOX OF 52 DATES AND REQUESTING A RETURN AND REFUND I WAS TOLD TO SEND THE EMPTY BOX TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS AND I WOULD RECEIVE A REFUND IN DUE COURSE.

Shocking company!! Customer service very poor the only way I could get communication was to raise a dispute with PayPal even then all they kept replying was the tracking number....that didn't work!! Their website claims UK delivery is 7-10 days rubbish!! I'm still waiting 6 weeks later!!

Avoid this company at all costs!!

Placed my order 3 days ago, money taken out of account immediately and fast, but everything else is slow in processing, should I be worried?

I ordered two items from Ricife. Upon receiving the items they were too small. I contacted the wonderful support at Ricife who worked with me and refunded money to me. All was done in a more than efficient and timely manner. I would advise anyone to shop with Ricife.

I was sent the wrong size and have tried to get information on returning. I am reading the reviews and am getting worried. I wish someone would please call me I hate to think your company is a scam. I do love the pants but the mistake is on your side. I would like to have them replaced.

Ricife followed up on the item quickly and offered to do whatever it took to make sure I was a happy customer. In my opinion, Ricife is an excellent place to shop, not only for their prices and wide selection of items, but also for their courteous service and going the extra mile to assure customer satisfaction!

I have bought numerous items from Ricife, everything from suits and other clothes to accessories, jewelry. I have only had a missing item once--it just didn't make it in the mail to me. I contacted the seller via Ricife problem resolution site and the seller addressed me quickly and courteously.

It took a month to receive the four hoodies I ordered. Luckily the extra large fit me (I am a size 14) but they won't if they shrink any. The quality of the material seems cheap, also one of my hoodies had two stains on it (yuck). Will not order again.

Absolutely appauling company just ripping people off. I have a box of empty envelopes like everyone else. No replies to emails. Very sad that people take money off hardworking individuals.

I ordered a box of 52 dates for my son and daughter in law as an additional little Christmas present.
It didn't arrive before Christmas despite being ordered at the begining of December and my continuous chasing, of which I received no answer.
Having given them their present after Christmas I was appalled to see that the box contained empty envelopes. I have emailed and heard nothing, which is not a surprise. Not hopeful of getting my money back especially now seeing other reviews. Absolutely disgusting.
