AVOID THIS COMPANY
Ordered box of date cards as other people have on here. Box of empty envelopes delivered. Complete rip off. Ordered before Christmas and arrived 3 Jan. Item no longer showing on website and can't contact the company.
Have received a response. They will refund 50% and if I return the item I have to pay to do so!

Order never arrived!
I ordered a handheld game before Christmas, a present for my son. It never arrived! I e-mailed them a few times but no response.
I then ordered from Amazon, which arrived the next day.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM RICIFE !!!

Same as others have said. Ordered well before Christmas - arrived on the 29th and a box of empty envelopes. Angry and disappointed doesn’t even cover it!

I too ordered date night box. 3 of them as Christmas presents. Didn’t arrive in time so cancelled. Then arrived yesterday 3 boxes of empty envelopes. £52 out of pocket and no response to e mails. Scam.

I'm annoyed at myself for not doing my research on this company first but it's clear that they're a fraudulent company. I ordered Christmas presents on the 12th December but nothing has arrived. No tracking number and no response from them. Doubt I'll get a refund but will try!

One star is too much
One star is too much! Ordered item which when finally delivered was a complete waste of time. What should have been 52 sealed envelopes with date night ideas on what arrived was 50 empty envelopes! Absolutely disgusting company

Ordered a Christmas present on 1st November. Didn’t arrive until 27th December, damaged and unusable.
Disgusting service. Have emailed customer service but based on what I’ve read I don’t expect a reply or refund.

Such a shame
Order 3 calendars for Christmas presents bank in October. Emailed, chasing delivery several times and heard nothing back from them. Logged a complaint and requested funds to be returned with PayPal and miraculously, my money was returned to my account within days! No email or explanation. Such a shame as the calendars looked really good.... But at least I got my money back!!

Not worth one star …
Like so many other’s wish I had read reviews before ordering. Placed order after reading their time frame on shipping thinking it would be here in time for Christmas. Tracking number cannot be found emails being ignored. Do not I Repeat DO NOT order from this shame of a company. Also not based in the uk as the site makes you think. Should be removed

Do not order from this company, ordered some Christmas decorations and they’ve never turned up. It says Evri is going to deliver them but the tracking number doesn’t exist. I’ve emailed them several times they just send the tracking number!! Won’t be ordering again!!
