Appreciated being told the wait time would be over two hours for express service so I was prepared to wait. Did not appreciate car being returned in condition that was not safe to drive.

Booking an appointment was super quick and easy for the same day.
I went and got quick service. As always everyone was friendly and greeted me. My advisor Duane M. was ontop on everything and ensured I was in and out in no time.

The one and only Wade. Mgr he is always so helpful and patient. Honest always available for me with any questions and maintenance on my cars all of my cars previously owned and current as well as with my children

I saw an offer on the Rick Case Honda Davie web site for a $229 lease for a Honda Civic. When I talked to the manager, he said that I needed to read a disclaimer. I read the disclaimer and said I still wanted the deal. He said this deal was not available. So I asked why it is on your web site. He responded it is not on our web site, its a national Rick case web site. I then responded but it says Rick case Honda Davie web site with your address and phone number. He immediately became rude and said we don't have this offer. It's a national site. Then he said they will have the offer in three months. (Admitting to false advertising). He then says he has no idea whether they will ever have this offer. How can a manager of a dealership basically admit that they cannot honor a deal. It's time for a class action law suit.

Danny Martinez was incredible as he managed o track down parts. That were not available through GM directly and did a fantastic job fixing the damage

Rick Case collision center did a wonderful job in repairing our damaged vehicle. The damaged fender shows no sign of an accident and the paint job was seamless. Thank you Rick Case.

I was able to get an appointment for the next day for a tire issue easily! Fixed the tire and did overall inspection. No issues thank you!

This dealership failed on so many levels, there are not enough characters available to describe my experience. Just please, go ANYWHERE else to purchase your vehicle.

On May 2, 2022, I went in for maintenance on a CRV. Melvin Hayes provided excellent customer services with an easy explanation of services to be provided, cost of those services, and the time it would take to complete them. He went out of his way to be very kind and sincere while being very professional throughout the process. My experience at the service department with Melvin Hayes was extremely positive, and I recommend to other customers to seek his help when visiting Rick Case Honda!

I brought the car in to see if the correct shocks were put on. They were not. Malcolm was very helpful and also the tech explaining things.
Malcolm kept me informed of the status.

The service here was okay. I paid to have a diagnostic overview and was o Lu told about my suspension. My car overheated 2 days later because the coolant level was low. After leaving my car there for 2 days, my car was returned to me with oil handprints by the hood on the fender and unwashed. Not professional to return the car like this. The advisor was very nice however.

The service was great and fast. Clear and straight forward regarding the service done to my car. Highly recommended

I had a great experience at the honda service center. Melvin was a big help to
Me as there was a lot to navigate with several repairs which he explained in detail. I didn’t have to worry because I knew he was taking care of everything. He helped get me a rental so I could get to work with no problem while the car was being serviced. For future service I will definitely have Melvin take care of me and my car again. Really great experience thanks again!
