Very clean and inviting. Salesmen were very professional and helpful when purchasing a new car. Have owned Honda cars for at least 10 years and have been very satisfied with their service, etc.

Best service experience ever by Andrea Sanchez. Didn’t expect it from this location especially after being a customer for a while on my second vehicle from this location where my whole experience has been awful, from purchase to service. Only reason for still being there is convenience of location. Thank you, Ms. Andrea for making my visit pleasant and enjoyable, hopefully next time I service my vehicle you will be able to assist or at least I get someone with the same or some type of customer service I received from you today.

I purchased a car from Rick Case Honda, the customer service is the best! My sales associate Cheri Villegas was extremely helpful and I feel she went above and beyond. The finance manager, Howard Moss was extremely helpful as well! I highly recommend them both!

Albert was the best car sales man I've ever met! He has a great sense of humor and he definitely knows how to joke with the customers. His customer service was impeccable and if you want to buy a car from there look for him! The financing manager was also wonderful. He negotiated with me until I got the best price. It was an all around amazing experience. Even when I was signing and filing the paperwork for my forever car, that dude was also amazing! Love the staff! Will definitely buy from them again.

*Jennifer at the collision department is very good,from the first time speaking with her on the phone ,scheduling my appointment, arranging courtesy ride to and from .I am beyond happy for the work done on my vehicle ,and the customer services Jennifer displayed .Thanks I would certainly recommend Honda.

Rick Case sales person's just care about a sale. They will push you into bad deals.... make sure you read over everything BEFORE accepting any offers and do not take the word of the sales person or finance manager. The finance manager will rush you to sign, flipping the papers so you can barely read what you are signing off on. They are a big dealership with predatory practices.

As expected Anthony Pereira was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The only not too good of a deal were the prices on tires!! Too expensive 😕

The salesman Abdul Ahad was extremely cordial and easy to work with. We haven't had anyone work with us with such a straight forward attitude. We gave him our price and he came back with it and we were done. It was such a great experience and we were left wondering why we didn't come here sooner. Please employ more people like Mr. Abdul.
