If this request had been made a couple…
If this request had been made a couple of months ago, it would have been 5 stars for sure. I love the merchandise, the prices are decent and I liked the customer service. Unfortunately, I had to downgrade the rating because I bought something as a Christmas present and it turned out to be the wrong size. Christmas, unfortunately, was outside the return period. When I called to see if they could possibly accept a return because it was new with tags, they said no. They were within their rights, but, had they said yes, they would have gotten a better review. They also would have secured my business. As it is, I don't shop there anymore. [Edit based on Ride or Die's response. The store didn't do anything wrong and I tried to make that clear. I was just saying that if it had gone the extra mile, the review would have been fully positive. I'm sorry you saw only the negative part of my review. It's a good site, with good products and fair pricing. The communication is also very good.]

Thanks for your honest feedback. Yes you did purchase an item on Nov 27th, 2024 that arrived to you on Dec 9th 2024 during our well communicated extended holiday returns period that extended all the way until January 31st 2025 - a generous return window by any measure in online retail. You also purchased with two stacked coupons and really did get a great deal. You reached out to us weeks after the two month return window closed and no, we did not grant you an exception. We can live with a 3 star rating, as a small business we do everything to kindly communicate our generous policies, and we will also stand up with the facts in the face of this kind of review.
