The customer service was a great support!!

Was not happy with was not able to get any of the bubbles out. When tried remove and adjusted it removed the paint on my new 10,000 pivot bike. Will not recommend this to friend. Ended up throwing it in the trash.

I’ve been to the shop several times now. It’s about a 7 hour round trip drive; but it’s worth it.

Emma-Lee has always taken the time to answer all my super particular questions and she’s been super accommodating with my schedule for drop-off and pick-up considering the length of my drive and variable weather and traffic.

Alex is always on top of what’s happening with the frames and has made a point of making sure I’m satisfied with the install, and even after service questions.

The Lotus Pro is awesome quality. The gloss wrap on gloss paint brings out the paint quality and you have total peace of mind with the finish when you ride and wash the bike afterwards.

The worst part of the process is waiting to ride your new bike until they get you in.

The wait is worth it and the rest is worth every penny.

I was a bit skeptical at first trying to complete a project like this myself. Ridewrap’s instructions and the tools they provided allowed the process to go smoothly. The pieces were tailored specifically for my bike and although I had to make slight alterations, this was expected. Overall, a great product, process, and final result.

As a first timer, the instructions were clear and well thought out. The videos are A+ too. Product went on easier than I thought it would and the fit was great. Wrap is stout so it seems like it can take a hit. Just a tiny bit of trimming was required in 2 spots around some factory frame protection.

RideWrap had great training on how to apply their product, such that applying it for my first time went well. The craftsmanship of the materials is excellent.
I’ve also had an excellent support experience. I ordered next day shipping but the third-party shipping carrier lost my shipment. RideWrap refunded me the shipping cost, which was awesome.

got a super-precise kit from them. they are the best at it and the pricing is also pretty fair for this market

If you care about your bike do it! Install is a little tedious but as easy as they could possibly make it, I’ve already been putting it to the test and it’s holding up amazing would 100% recommend to everyone I like that mountain bikes

Huge waste of time/money. Watched all the videos, read install instructions, spent 6-8 hours applying the wrap only to have it peel off in a week. Maybe if you have a Nasa level clean room, it'll adhere better.

Went and bought a dyedbros wrap, installed and had no issue.

RideWrap used to be my number one choice, but after my most recent order and the response to my email, I was genuinely shocked.

I wanted a protection kit for my S-Works Tarmac SL8, so I used the model finder on your website and ordered what I believed to be the correct kit for €75.

However, when the package arrived, it was not a model-specific kit for my SL8. Instead, I received a generic universal kit that didn’t fit properly on a single section of the frame.

When I contacted customer support and requested a refund, I was only offered a 25% discount on my next order.

In the past, I have protected four bikes with RideWrap products because I trusted your brand. After this experience and the way my complaint was handled, I will no longer be doing business with RideWrap.

Yes, I could have noticed the small print stating that only the most expensive package is truly model-specific. However, I still don’t understand how your model finder can direct customers to a generic universal kit without making that distinction clear. That is, in my opinion, misleading and creates false expectations.

I installed the full wrap on my mountain bike. A little challenging to install but it’s been worth it. I had a solid crash that scuffed the rear triangle. When I removed the wrap for that section the paint was in perfect shape! I was happy to see I could buy that specific piece from ride wrap and even more impressed it was a minimal cost, even included the materials to do the install. Overall I’d highly recommend!

Great product for protection against dirt and scuffs, and it really lasts. It’s my sixth product from them. I gave it a four-star rating because their customer service could improve. Not friendly at all. I'd rather purchase it online than deal with their front-counter staff.

The wrap i received needed a lot of serious cutting, it was not made for any particular bike.although my order was for my type of bike. The bike looked terrible along the home made cuts thus I removed and binned them. The rest looked ok but no better than the 3m product on my other bikes.

I paid my local bike shop to install the ride wrap on my Trek FX6. It had a couple minor imperferfections that wouldn't have bothered me. I was told to leave it in the sun for an afternoon and it should fix itself. It did. It's been about 6 months. It looks great and it will keep my bike looking new for a long time. I will buy more ride wrap when I need replacement pieces.

Résistant, très bonne protection

Ride wrap offers amazing frame protection, and this is my 2nd bike I have had ride wrap installed on. My 5 year old Santa Cruz Hightower still looks new, even though I have ridden it over 5000km and on some of the gnarliest descents Quebec has to offer. I would recommend ride wrap to friends and family in a heart beat.
