Kept giving excuses as to why the blinds were taking so long to arrive(three months)
Arrived ALL THE WRONG SIZE!
PARTS MISSING
Refusing phone calls,emails etc
Contacted driver within five minutes of him dropping inferior blinds off for him to collect,he said he would come back immediately,he did not,then stopped answering phone.
Have tried to resolve this issue,phone calls,emails etc to no avail.
Unfortunately the only option we have now is the small claims court,thank goodness we have a paper trail!
AVOID,AVOID,AVOID!!!!!
