I was extremely disappointed with the detailing service. The final result was far below what I expected for the price I paid, with several areas of the vehicle still needing attention. What made the experience worse was the follow-up afterward. I was told the issues would be addressed, but getting a response became very difficult. After multiple attempts to contact them, I still did not receive the support I expected. Overall, the service and customer care were both disappointing, and I would not use them again. ⭐

On 08/07/2026, Right Car Detailing a car detailing company came out to do a full interior and exterior of my vehicle. I paid $343.00 for the service. The detailer started in the daylight and ended at night and didn't bring any lights to see the quality of his work. He demanded I pay prior to inspection. Upon inspecting the vehicle, please see pictures, the work was done unsatisfactorily. I called the next day and was advised that they offer a complementary revisit to fix the work. They said they would give me a call back and never did. I called/texted them over 10 times and they wouldn't answer. I had a friend call and they answered right away. It is clear they are screening my calls to avoid having to fulfill and render their contract. Since they did not complete their job and refusing to revisit, I am requesting either a full refund or they come back out.

The exterior had swirl marks and the wax didn’t last even 1 week. Interior had stains that were still visible after they said it was "fully treated". Also, they used cheap products that left a strong chemical smell in the car for days.

When the work started, the team seemed rushed. The interior vacuuming was okay but they missed spots under the seats and door panels. The exterior wash had water spots left and some areas weren't dried properly.
