They are not going to improve there service and attitude towards customer they just knew how to take money and after when there is time for any small returns or refunds there terms and conditions of to late come forward with there rude attitude .so its better ignore these guys .....

We’ve had a brilliant experience with Right Tiles Isleworth - Ali J helped us choose beautiful tiles for 3 bathrooms in our renovation project, and we are so pleased with the result. Ali gave us a really personal service, and was on hand in the weeks and months afterwards for troubleshooting, including an easy exchange of some wrongly ordered tiles. 10/10 would shop here again!

Very impressive showroom. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The tile display is an eye opener. We only needed some outdoor tiles but we were treated like VIP.

We’ve just ordered tiles and everything else we need to refurbish our bathroom from the Hanworth branch. There we talked with Waleed who helped us make sure we had everything.It made the interaction consistent and provided us with a lot of certainty. Overall great service and friendly staff.

We have recently bought about 150m2 of outdoor tiles from hanworth store. Before visiting right tiles, we have been to other shops like tops tile or DIY tiles but weren’t satisfied with the quality of tiles tho those were quite economical. One of my friends recommended me about right tiles and it was worth buying from them. Although, they have little higher prices but the quality of Spanish porcelains and its finishing blew our minds. The staff was quite cooperative and helpful.

Recently had the experience of buying some tiles for my home, the quality is outclassed, the price is below the market, and the attendants are trained and helpful.

I’ve bought tiles from these guys twice now from crawley once for my restaurant and then for my home it was a smooth process from start to finish. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and kept us updated the whole time from the day we ordered till we got the delivery. Will definitely recommend them.

Purchased from them thrice for refurbishment of my house and office. They have a array of designs and colours. The staff was well behaved and cooperative. Will definitely be purchasing again.

I purchased some tiles(Bounds Green store) for the bathroom which did not come on time due to some issue with the tiles being broken on delivery, this then had a knock of effect with the tiler as I was paying by the day and for this delay means that I still had to pay for the tiler. Once the tiles were in store, they then could not deliver until the Thursday, but I had already been delayed as I should have had them the previous Saturday. So I went to the store on Tuesday to be told that they would be in later today after midday and that they would call me to inform me.. I called back at 1pm as I had not heard from them, they then said, yes that had arrived but forgot to call me. In that conversation, I explained the delays and would want some compensation. They offered me the trims for free, which I said was not enough as I am out of pocket due to the delay being their fault and none of my own doing. I also reminded them that this is the 3rd time I had purchased items from them and had recommended 2 people to them as well. When I went to the store to purchase 1 extra trim. I was informed that it was company policy to only offer trims and anything further would have to be "approved" by head office. (Note that this was not mentioned in the phone conversation that I had with them) it was communicated to me once I had gone back to the store for the extra trim...for me this is bad customer service as they should have said this from the beginning and at least attempted to meet me half way. They just wanted to get rid of me by saying the same thing over and over again and not listening to my side. Be very careful with them please.
