I purchased a RIKI mirror and recently experienced a battery swelling issue after minimal use (3 uses).
I contacted customer service and was initially offered discount, ultimately a like new replacement, later informed that the request was being processed and required management approval.
However, communication has been inconsistent and the process has taken an extended amount of time (1 year to be exact) without a clear timeline for resolution.
I have also filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau as I await a final resolution.
