Awful packaging, tarnished within days. Won't use again won't recommend. Also says made in UK, earrings arrived with made in China on cheap packets.

The jewellery is very cheap and does not look like the pictures on the website. It's a waste of money and now I have to look for another gift.

Never received my orders. No working tracking number was provided. SCAM company. Don’t be fooled like I was

Worst company ever cheap tacky jewellery and they are now ignoring my emails for my refund which they told me to send the items back and I would receive a refund absolutely worst customer service do not buy anything from this company unless you like tacky over priced tat worst company ever

Bought 2 necklaces with gift boxes Eventually arrived , necklaces just dropped in gift boxes .not displayed as one would expect from a good jewellers . Untangle 1st one . 2nd 1 tried intangling but couldnt as a magnet had fallen of necklace and tangled in chain . Chain broke as a tesult . Contacted company they asked for photo . Sent photo no reply back . Request they take them back and give full refund . Beginning to think that I have made a costly leason by bying them .

I ordered a necklace and then looked at the reviews. Big mistake. I should have done this before ordering. Really bad reviews. I immediately sent message via PayPal saying I wanted to cancel the order (this was within 1 hour of ordering). Today they emailed to say it has been dispatched. Can I refuse delivery and ask for refund.

Don't buy anything. This is not a Jewellers. Cheep costume jewellery. Reluctant to allow you to send back. The shamrock necklace was awful. Cheep metal. They wanted to give a gift card really! Don't want anything from theses people. Beware they dont let you return

Hi, I placed two orders that never arrived. After asking where my orders were after over a month they told me they were lost and asked if I would like a refund or to resend. I told them refund!!! they sent me an email after that saying they were resending me items?! I have emailed them over 5 times telling them I did not ask for the items to be resent and wanted refund - why are you resending me new orders?? They have ghosted me and stopped responding. I can not believe I got sucked into their IG ad. The website says they are in the U.K. but I was charged from Hong Kong on my credit card. My credit card company is investigating to reimburse me. Stay away from these scammers.

Absolutely rubbish - the ring I ordered snapped - the quality is low and the necklace wasn’t shined at all! V poor! I threw the lot in the bin!

Not even worth 1 star. The ring sent was just cheap rubbish, but even worse, it would not even fit a child’s finger. Please avoid.

Mine came on today, bought both pairs and they are beautiful, absolutely stunning😍they look exactly like on the pictures, best purchase ever ❤️ the free necklace is gorgeous too😍😍😍 waited 2 weeks for them but it was worth it👌

If I could give zero stars I would. The jewellery is cheap tat and not worth the postage they sent it out on. The response is a generated message which doesn’t relate to my complaint and they offer the same amount in credit to get more of their rubbish instead of a refund. Trading standards needs to shut them down. I could have bought the same things on SHEIN for a fraction of the cost and probably get better quality and customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Disappointed ☹️ I got the order confirmation on November 15 but still not received the tracking number of the shipment. I emailed customer service asking for ETA and no reply.

Avoid this company at all cost unless you want to get ripped off. I placed an order about 6 weeks ago and not only have I not received my order I didn’t even have tracking information until about 5 weeks after complaining so many times just to find out the number they gave me isn’t even a valid tracking number! I emailed them again and I got a response saying we’re sorry you received the wrong order when first of all I haven’t received my order and second I emailed to complain about the bogus tracking number. So yes total scam!

I am deeply disappointed with this product. The merchandise is of appallingly poor quality, far below even the most basic standards. The materials feel cheap and flimsy, making it evident that no thought or care was put into the manufacturing process. To make matters worse, the product is absolutely nothing like the description or images provided in the advertisement—it feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. The overall experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would strongly caution others against purchasing this item. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this at all costs!

I wouldn't even give 1 star if there was an option..Avoid this company..They sent me mismatched earrings and it has been impossible to get in touch with them..I have emailed as there is no telephone number and they keep sending same repeated emails of a link to returns but it is just their return policy (which is non existent) no details how to return..I never received an invoice with order so no order number to send back even if they had given me a return address which they have not. Stay clear of this company

Order apparently sitting with yodel since 26th Nov. Not moving and response from seller always automated. Probably a scam so don't buy!!!!!
