They've used a business name to appear like a UK company, but are based in China. The items are NO WAY sterling silver and I'm allergic to nickel so this should be a fun battle based upon other reviews. Did arrive in a box but also in cheap plastic, barcoded packets with bad packaging all round bar the box. Don't waste your money.

Placed an order late July,despite numerous emails chasing delivery order still not received!

Save your money. Jewelley arrived in individual little plastic bags with barcode stickers. While I have nothing against product being made in China, when you are paying these prices you'd expect the pieces would at least be presented in a nice pouch, drop shipping at it's finest where absolutely no thought was put into presentation.
The jewellery also looks much less flashy than it does on the website & google has shown me pieces that pretty much look the same can be found on sites like Temu at a pinch of the price

Good day ,Never. Ever buy from these company .I think it is scam ! You going to lost your money !It is a SCAM!
I am so disappointed in them .When I wanted to place an order I received an e mail with a discount ,if I place my order within a few days .Which I did ,placed my order and paid full amount (with the discount included)..
Few weeks later I received a new e mail that said THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY ORDER ON MY REQUEST!.Which is blantant lie ..I have never cancelled my order .
I wrote a new e mail and said it is a mistake on their side they must resend my order as it is .
After this I have still received new e mails now and then to explain where in the process they are ….like collecting my order at courier etc..Therefore I was under the impression they have resend my order.When I asked an update today .
They send a new e mail again to let me know they have cancelled my order on my request :Be aware …do not waste your money .They are scammers.

Terrible quality, do not get sucked into buying! The earrings on that are supposed to make it look like you have 4 piercings are horrible they hang so badly on your ear does not look good at all!

Very bad quality.Never trust this page again.Cheap quality.They send you emails that is it being processed and it is of high quality.Then you get something very cheap and completely different from the advertisement.
Bad and cheap if there was zero stars I would have given it to them.

Avoid this scam company, read all the genuine 1 star reviews, not the fake 5 star reviews!!

Avoid this awful company! Their jewellery is disgustingly cheap rubbish from China! They are clever at marketing and false advertising and they hide the fact they are based in China. They DO NOT have any type of customer service. Absolute scam. Stupidly I would normally always read reviews but didn’t this time. :-( Waste of money and bin space.
