I just had to write a review to thank all the amazing staff on concierge in Cardiff Prospect Place and in particular the amazing Dianne who no matter how chaotic and challenging it gets she always makes such an effort to help resolve matters immediately and with such a pleasant demeanour and is an absolute gem for you guys at Ringley.

I’d also really like to point out and make special mention as my appreciation of Glyn who cleans and maintains the communal areas - someone on my floor had mucky boots!! And bless Glyn cleaned it up and to be fair always has a smile on his face and says hello whenever I see him or pass him so I’d like to commend him too - Celia x

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to the continued friendliness and helpfulness of Chris , Michael and mark who are great assets to the concierge team at Wimbledon stadia.

Especially Chris and Michael who have gone above and beyond for me, my partner and new born on multiple occasions.

I feel I am heard and advised when needed which is refreshing.

I hope this feedback is passed back to them and recognised by their managers.

Our concierge Chris East has been so helpful! My package was delivered to the wrong address, he located it and hand delivered it to me! So kind and always so friendly!

The relationship manager, Desiree, is a great asset to Ringley. She is always responsive to any issues that arise within the building, she manages 5 flats and 5 personalities with grace and diplomacy, which I am sure is hard at times. She is diligent and very knowledgeable and has been the best relationship manager that I have had in the last 30 years of living in this building. Thank you for all your efforts!

Claudia is the Estate Manager for 2 sites where I own and run rental properties. She is attentive, courteous, diligent, and a credit to Ringley

Our building Relationship Manager Desiree is a massive asset. Since she arrived a whole raft of issues that had been left for far too long are finally being addressed. She goes above and beyond in her commitment to the block, gives detailed responses to emails and issues raised and visits the site on a regular basis. She is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about doing her job for the residents and the building. She’s approachable and friendly but very strongly on the case when she needs to be. Highly recommended!

They continually lie about their intentions towards our dying garden, saying they are taking remedial measures by a certain date to fix the irrigation system and then not doing so. They are a disgrace as a management company. They should be disbarred from management. This is the second year in a row that this has happened and last year we lost several trees as a result of this gross neglect.

The management company for my house has appointed Ringley as the managing agent. Despite a "100% transparency guarantee" that they put on their invoices Ringley have failed to answer basic questions about budgeted expenditure.
At the last meeting I had with the Ringley property manager I and a neighbour needed to write minutes for the meeting as Ringley failed to provide any. Ringley promised to follow up on various actions but appeared to do nothing.

I enjoyed the flower arranging that Nusha arranged.

I have been living here since 2023. Nusha is always arranging fun and relaxing social activities. This is nice and fosters a good sense of community.

Our building manager Nusha facilitated a great flower arrangement workshop for tenants, it provided a sense of community and was a lovely activity to have offered in the building.

We’ve been with Ringley Building Block Management for the past three years, and overall it’s been a very positive experience. As a company, they’ve shown a strong commitment to maintaining high standards, keeping the building well-managed, and ensuring things run smoothly. Over time, it’s been reassuring to see consistent organisation, responsiveness, and a clear structure in how everything is handled.

What really makes the difference, though, is the people—and in our case, our property manager Jill has been outstanding. She is professional, approachable, and incredibly reliable. Jill communicates clearly and promptly, always keeping residents informed and making sure any issues are dealt with efficiently.

She goes above and beyond to ensure everything is running as it should, and it’s obvious she genuinely cares about both the property and the residents. Her attention to detail and proactive approach give real peace of mind.

A big thank you to Jill and the Ringley team for their continued hard work over the past three years—it’s very much appreciated.

Adele Roberts is the property manager of the building where I own a flat. She has been always prompt and helpful in answering my enquiries. Recently, her email on keys to our ‘new door’ was spot-on and anticipated most if not all relevant questions, including payment, arising from the significant event! I do appreciate her ‘forward thinking’ and her ability to cover all points at the outset very much! Well done, Adele.

Shocking company. Unfortunately we are managed by this company. Regularly are lift breaks, they haven’t done anything either about our security in the building. They now are increasing the service charge by 8.5 percent and now are not getting the windows cleaned. I honestly don’t know what this company does but they can’t seem to manage buildings properly and it’s a complete scam as they do no work. Avoid at all costs. We would love to be managed by someone else but we don’t have the luxury to change

Desiree has been an outstanding relationship manager representing The Ringley Group as our managing agent. From the moment Desiree was appointed to our block, she has proven herself to be extremely organised, personable, proactive, and knowledgeable. She has always gone above and beyond and made a meaningful difference to our block. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Amazing service, particularly Adele Roberts, our building manager, who always responded to queries quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble.

They seemed all right for a while but we are a small building and they've completely neglected us at the time we needed them most!!! Really one star is too many!

Have a flat where they are the Managing Agents and we all need help to bring the owners in to line with unsubstantiated service charges and to date they have been worse than useless.
