It's now day two since the bidet arrived and at this early stage I can say that I'm very pleased and really quite impressed with the product. Very easy to assemble, and I say this as someone who requires very little help to mess up the simplest of instructions, no unwanted spraying or leakage from the container, and the high pressure setting is really quite impressive for something that's not connected to any major plumbing. Product also comes mostly charged and needed no more than 20min to reach full charge.
Why the docked star then?
This took nearly a month to deliver and what I would say is own where the product is shipping from. I am well aware that Chinese made products online have had a bad name the last few years (in some cases, for good reason) but here you have what, thus far, appears to me as a top notch product so do tell the consumer up front that it will be shipping from China so that I they can adjust their delivery time expectations accordingly.
Also, putting all the parts inside the container which you have to open the first time and in doing so, break the "unreturnable if broken" seal is an unnecessary bit of stress when you're already a bit nervous over some of the less than stellar reviews.
Otherwise, packaging is good, instruction booklet written clearly and fluently.
If this stands the test of time then you can rest assured I'll be recommending it to people.

Amazing product. Does the job! The power from the nozzle is exceptional. Love everything about it and more so as it is totally portable so I can take it wherever I go. I just love it!

Very nice product as regards the washing. Good jet, easy to use. However, the attachment to stick the nozzle to the wall doesn't stick. It's only a minor flaw as it is easy to locate the nozzle in the hole in the top of the cap after use but it would be nice for everything in the box to work.

First used a built in bidet on holiday in San Francisco and was in love but we are renting so could never get one. The Rinse Mate makes me feel I’m back in California.

Delivery took ages. Product works well apart from holder. Does not stick on toilet cistern or wall with suction. Tried tape on cistern and still falls off.

Poor quality plastic bucket for water. Looks cheap. Spray could do with a bit more power...

As others have said the hose sits loosely in water container/bucket. Not good

The product needs absolutely no introduction, it literally is everything they say it is, an underrated part is the customer service and communication, this is also a 5 star to go along with a superb product, definitely worth the money.

This is really easy to use and refill, easy to charge. It is best if you can fill it with slightly warm water, but it will inevitably get colder and that's fine too. Only issue is the spray holder doesn't stick to the wall, so I have found a workaround and investigating other ways to attach it to the wall. Also - the design of the lid is a little clumsy, it could've had an opening that kept the hose in place. But overall a really good product.

Product is great really useful when travelling.

Only cons delivery company used are substandard product arrived 2-3 weeks later. Another con if you open the lid to remove the items to ensure everything is in working order you break the seal making the product non refundable.

Overall product is very good and handy

I like it so much. It does not look cheap. It serves its purpose. Better than usung tissues. The only issue is the long wait. Other wise i could have gotten another one.

Overall, it's a good innovation: it's functional, easy to set up and no plumber required. The price is reasonable too, but I'm still clueless as to what the surprise gift is, which looks like a car freshener.
The product had some niggles which could be improved as part of iteration as follows:
1. Suction - this does not work on matt tiles or gloss cabinet. Therefore, I tried double sticky tape behind the suction to ensure it was secure and tape but it's not strong enougj and drops off. Therefore, I rest it on the sink cabinet and hide the bottle behind the cabinet so it looks tidy.
2. Hose- goes through the open flap in the lid. If the bottle was tipped over by accident, water will pour out. To make it neat and secure, there should be a small hole on tope of the flap where the hose squeezes into.
3. Bootle size is too big and clunky. This could be slimmer like a toilet rolll holder and ensure water is replaced every morning so it's clean and hygienic and fresh.

Excellent, a good pressure to clean yourself, powerful to rinse your backside out completely. I was impressed on how good the pressure is

Really wish I had bought this earlier. Was using a different portable bidet before.
The Rinsemate is far superior and effective.
Simple to set up and very simple to use. Appreciate the two power settings.
Couldn't be without it now.

So far, I am happy with the product and plan to buy another one! Highly recommend

Yes it took a bit of time to arrive but it is amazing! I love it! I love a bidet and it is so useful when I have a UTI 🤭

Wall bracket not working, spindle missing. Customer service very friendly and concerned sending new one, still waiting. Unit itself looks good and works really well. Would wholeheartedly recommend. )

The only problem is dispatching so late. Otherwise it really solves the problem. 10 out of 10

No reply from the merchant going to AMEX Monday if I havent heard back, what a total scam.

I think it's a fantastic product so far. I have concerns about longevity, mainly driven by the hard water that we have in the UK and eventually the head becoming clogged. The replacement would effectively be the whole unit as opposed to just the head due to the pump built into it. I still feel this is the best designed solution as I've tried others. Well done in the execution and packaging it with the water bottle.
