I purchased a Airforce B52 hat that took almost a month to arrive. It was the cheapest quality hat that I have ever seen and cost almost $50.00! The print on the front was not centered and tilted to the right. The print was very light and can hardly be seen. The print was also too high literally over the top of the hat and not the face of the hat. One of the letters was printed over the seam on the top so the letter was missing. Do not buy anything from this company. What they show is not want you get.

Do not order from this company.so I did It was a nightmare from beginning to end. I ordered from them Black Friday weekend. I received several emails that my order was still in cart and I needed to finalize it. I was cautious so I did not finalize order. A couple of weeks later I checked my credit card statement and I was billed for it. I emailed them to cancel order and they told me it could not be canceled because it had been shipped but I could return it. When I received it the quality was poor. I tried to return it and after a few emails I received a notice that their email address did not exist. Very Shady company

I was extremely disappointed with this purchase. The item I received looked nothing like what was advertised. The red color was not vibrant at all, it was more of a flat maroon. Instead of the design being properly applied, it appeared to be cheaply ironed on.

The size was far too big, making it unwearable. The “bedazzled” look shown in the listing was not shiny, in person it was dull and flat, more like another iron-on rather than actual embellishment. The material also felt very cheap and low quality compared to what was shown online.

To make matters worse, when I contacted the seller about returning the item, they refused to accept a return even though the product clearly did not match the advertisement. I paid over $80 for this and feel completely taken advantage of.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

I made a mistake with my order and they did prompty issue a refund.

True Quality and Class. Our family was grief stricken losing a loyal companion 🐶. We turned to Rioxmall and Company and they truly helped bring closure to my family and I. A gesture that will never be forgotten and the final product will stay with us for many years. Words can’t say how grateful we are for your help and we will never forget it. IF I could give lower than 1 star, I would be without question. When I received 2 shirts ordered the same size... one was too big while to other was too small. I have asked for refund... and was denied! The product is cheap and these people are SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I rec a couch cover not at all like the picture of the cover i ordered cheap material nothing like the nice picture of the cover. Wanted me to do all kinds of stuff to return it and said the return had to be reviewed dont waste you money ordering from this bunch of crooks terrible items with faked pictures to get you to order shame on them run away from this company buyer beware total scamers

Do not trust this company! I bought a Chicago Bears sweatshirt that was advertised as vintage and what I got was absolute garbage! If you look at the pictures of what was advertised on the website versus what I got, you can see it is not the same product. What I received is a very thin polyester garbage top. I can’t even say sweatshirt because when I dared to try this on, it’s not warming at all. On top of that, they do not accept refunds, and they said that the reason for the differences is due to the “lighting”? I pointed out that the inside of the sweatshirt they advertise is orange but what I got is white and what they advertise as vintage and worn along the hems is not what I got, not even close. I cannot say this enough, do not buy from this company!

Product samples on website are deceptive. Product is nothing more than a piece of cheap material with no resemblance of a "puff" texture with a structured shape(laundry basket style). Waste of money. Stay away.

Cool design, but VERY CHEAP MATERIAL that was not indicated on their site. It said "sweatshirt", but not even close to that material

Terrible service. Do not buy any products from them. Product was damaged and threaded. Asked for a refund and was refused. Do not buy!

OMG do not order anything from this company. I ordered a Mossborn Troll Ornament. The picture on the website shows a beautiful 3d molded figure at
$17.99. What came was a flat poorly photographed picture glued to a piece of plastic. This product was poorly made and was worth about 50 cents.

I purchase two long sleeve, V neck Dallas Cowboys shirts. One for my wife and one for my sister.
Rioxmall was easy to order from, service (Ann) very helpful, quality of shirt is excellent and pricing very
reasonable.
Both my wife and sister love the shirt and it's stylish look.
