My renewal quote went up drastically by over £100 pound so that's why I give a two star ratings . apart from that I found communication great with ripe

Straightforward process. Price qas much less than the nearest other quote. However it's only in the event of a claim that you find out how good an insurance company is, and let's hope i never get to find that out!

If you send an email to a customer…
If you send an email to a customer requesting something (proof of no claims for example) then make sure that that email address is monitored when a customer uses it to send said information to you.
