I’ve just had a wonderful call with Chris Thorpe, who was amazingly helpful and very clear with what I was actually getting. I am returning back to the UK after being absent for many years to which the Internet has changed a lot. He was very precise in explaining how it worked and what I was getting with my order.

Jason Ratcliffe was very lovely when I spoke on the phone he answered any and all questions I had about the WiFi setting up process and gave me an amazing deal on the WiFi which was very kind of him.

The Internet keeps on dropping out and it's very difficult to get in touch with technical team.
I did want to exit the contract during the 14 days cancellation period but I couldn't get in touch with th the relevant department in time and not I'm in a contract that I can't exit without paying a penalty.

The man who dealt with our enquiry was knowledgable and friendly. He made all charges very clear and answered all of our questions promptly and professionally.

This is the most disorganised company I have ever dealt with.
I signed up to what appeared to be a good deal.
BUT just one month into the contract they decided to up the price in breach of the contract.
I phoned them up and was assured that it was an error,and received an email to confirm this.
Then I received another email telling me that they were about to take a payment at the higher rate.
Another phone call and I was told that they could not reduce the rate back but would give me a credit to cover the difference.
SORRY, DO IT PROPERLY OR NOT A ALLL.
I made it very clear that I would be leaving.
I have now received an email telling me to pay the higher rate or they will cut me off and as I am still in contract they would charge me over £200 for leaving early.
All this in just two months.
Sorry but not my kind of company.

Been with rise for around 3 weeks now. And 1st time iv had to call them the call was answered with in a minute and the guy was friendly and sorted out my query really quick. I will say I'm not getting on with there provided router. So will rereview in a month or two

It seems ok, it's my first experience with Rise.
Callum is very helpful and very good in is role.
Let's se in the future, because my last provider wase horrible a bad experience.
