Rithera 

I ordered 7 dresses, in different colours, styles and sizes, as you never quite know how a different company's clothes will fit. I only tried one dress on - the fabric of all of them was really cheap and felt horrible. I requested a return 5 days ago and haven't heard anything back yet. Really not impressed, and slightly concerned I won't see my money again. Wish I'd checked Trustpilot rather than the person being paid to advertise them on Instagram!

They refuse returns and mess about batting emails back and forth asking you for photos of you in the garment, yet their return policy clearly states they will not accept a return if the item has been worn! Taking a photo of yourself in it gives them proof that it has indeed been worn! Unbelievable, but they’re getting away with it and they’re as obstructive as possible so you give up. Such a shame really, they had the opportunity to be a decent company. This was my first purchase and will be my last.

This was my first time ordering from this place. I ordered 5 dresses and was very pleased with all of them. Generally I have a problem with sizing, but all of them fit perfectly! I liked the selection of clothing that you had to order. I would recommend speeding up the delivery. All in all very pleased!

I received the dress, but took awhile for shipping. Dress is true to size and as cute as the picture. Happy with my order.

Horrible customer service, will not take returns even though their stated policy is that they strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and cheaply made clothing. Do not buy from Rithera

The shipping took a little time but the dress is beautiful! It fits nicely and is quality fabric. I would definitely order again!

I waited a long time to get my purchases but unlike most other orders from China these clothes actually FIT!! I've had to throw out all of the other clothes I've gotten from China because they looked nothing like what I ordered but my clothing from Rithera were exactly like the pictures and fit perfectly. I recommend them. They were also helpful during the shipping process.

I recieved my order and the dresses were beautifully packaged . No complaint other than I feel the sizes ran small. I would order again

The quality of both dresses I received were very good. I feel it took a long time to receive them. But I'm pleased with my purchase.

Buyer beware! I liked one of the two dresses I ordered, but they are not giving me return instructions for the second. It’s super frustrating! Although I may have shopped with them again, this experience has been frustrating and I’ll not shop with them again.
