Would give zero stars if I could. Same story - wowcher deal, ordered and 3 weeks later still nothing received and no response. Wowcher are refunding the money.

Just to note for anyone who finds themselves in this situation again where a company refuses to refund you to your card for an online order - legally, your right as a consumer is to have your refund received in the form of your original payment i.e. they cannot force you to accept a credit note for an online order you paid for with your debit/credit card. You also have 14 day cancellation protection with online orders from the day after you receive the item. This includes a refund of standard postage costs (not return postage cost though) and must be refunded to original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Dont let these companies take your money and offer useless credit note refunds.

Stay well away! I bought a K18 future society hair mask via Wowcher, it was ordered on the 19th April and didn’t arrive until the 17th may! All emails ignored.
Thankfully I got a refund from Wowcher but today the FAKE item turned up, it is the most obvious fake copy I’ve ever received. The font print is blurry, please stay away, absolute joke of a company. Shouldn’t even be able to sell anything

Avoid this company at all costs

Scam!! Don’t ever buy anything from this company at all. I bought expensive parfume via waowcher app the parfume delivered completely fake not genuine. I went to John lewes to Gucci lady to check the bottle and compare with the original one it’s 100% fake different smell different colour on the bottle smell stays on you max 30min. I’m in process to get my money back. Shame on you Rithu for scamming people..

Would not recommend this company, I ordered from them via wowcher and never received the order, they also never replied to the several emails I sent them. Save yourself the hassle and avoid!

I made an order through Wowcher for a K18 mask. I paid £30 and I paid another £10 in delivery fees. It was ordered on the 2nd of May and expected on or before the 11th of May. I have not received anything. I also emailed them and they have not responded. I entered my order number into their website and it goes to a blank page. I have now opened a dispute with my bank for taking my money and not receiving my items. Do not trust this absolute scam of a business. Wowcher should also be held responsible.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered K18 leave in treatment through Wowcher. It never arrived, but after a complaint to Wowcher they refunded my money. Wish I had read the reviews on here first.

I bought Olaplex bonding oil no.7 on 11th April through Wowcher. Chased twice with no response from the company. Finally Received the product a month later on 13th May. And guess what it’s FAKE!!! The oil is an orange colour! Okay perhaps oil changes colour due to different oxidation or temperature. Fine but WHY does it smell like Vix Rub, menthol, peppermint because it’s FAKE!!

Worst experience - order k18 x3 and never got the order - TOTAL SCAM - why are Wowcher not ensuring the vendors are bonefide - I want my money back.

I thought I was getting a great deal from Wowcher but ultimately never received the product, nor could I get the seller to respond to me. To be fair to Wowcher, they refunded my money without quibble but I would have to join almost everyone else here who says this appears to be a scam. Hopefully this will be read by people smarter than me who do research before committing their money to an unknown! As others have written, it’s a shame you can’t give zero stars

Redeemed a deal through Wowcher for a K18 hair mask on 27/04/2026. I received no confirmation of my order, and have not received my item yet which Wowcher advised should have been delivered by 06/05/2026. I even had to pay extra postage for the delivery after the voucher purchase.

I reached out to Rithu Beauty via email to ask where my item was, it has been 2 days with no response. Surely something has to be done about this, Wowcher are responsible as they are selling these vouchers enticing people to get scammed. This deal was also advertised in the sun newspaper so I can imagine many people are purchasing it. I will be contacting Wowcher and also issuing a charge back from my bank. I will also be contacting trading standard to investigate Wowcher and Rithu Beauty.

Redeemed a deal via Wowcher for a perfume offer and was advised it would be with me for the 1st of may this date passed but I allowed a few more days in case the courier was delayed these passes and it still did not turn up I emailed multiple times however was ignored and had no reply I have had to go around the world to get in contact with Wowcher who are now issuing me a refund for my money however this company is clearly a scam company takes the money and gives you no product!!

If only I checked the reviews. I thought Wowcher was a legitimate company. Ordered Moroccan oil on 22 April and it’s now 10th May and I have not received my order. Rithu beauty not responding. I have contacted Wowcher and await their response. Only a refund of £23.98 for Moroccan oil and postage is acceptable to me. Shame on Wowcher for partnering with Rithu beauty knowing of their past reputation.

I had the same issue — redeemed my Wowcher voucher with Rithu Beauty, never received the goods, the order number could not be found by the merchant, emails went unanswered, and the listed phone number did not work.

I contacted Wowcher through their WhatsApp customer support link, provided screenshots of my attempts to contact the merchant, and also included screenshots of the recent Trustpilot reviews from other customers reporting similar issues.

Wowcher issued me a refund very quickly, within 24 hours.

If anyone else is experiencing this, contact Wowcher support directly through WhatsApp and request a refund for goods not received.

I really hope this helps others. P.s next time I will be checking for reviews before purchasing vouchers.

I was also scammed by these but we’re all entitled to a refund I bought the Moroccan oil I wish I had checked these reviews first. Feel free to copy this and send it to wowchers WhatsApp

This merchant is a known scammer with dozens of recent reports stating they do not ship goods and have ceased all communication. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to a refund for non-delivery and misrepresentation. I do not accept Wowcher Wallet credit; I require a refund to my original payment method. If this is not processed within 48 hours, I will be initiating a Chargeback with my bank

If they don’t respond file a case with your bank for item not received you will get your money back it will just take a very long time in a lot of cases

Absolute scam. Bought the Paula's Choice Toner and reached out to the customer support twice now. If anyone knows how to contact Wowcher because it keeps sending me automated messages on the WhatsApp.

As 0 stars is not possible on here, I have reluctantly had to give a 1 star.
Ordered K18 via Wowcher and product hasn’t arrived. I have contacted Rithu several times and have had no response. I see, from somebody else’s feedback, that Rithu explained to Wowcher that they had been broken into. Im sure this would affect their internet connection so therefore, why not communicate with customers? I am waiting to hear back from Wowcher as Ive requested a refund. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR ANDDO NOT ORDER
