Mi trovo costretta a scrivere un’altra recensione. Questa volta relativa alla pessima qualità del prodotto arrivato con quasi 2 mesi di ritardo e alla difficoltà nell’ottenere l’indirizzo di spedizione del reso. Sono pessimi!

Sinceramente non darei nemmeno jna stella. Azienda dire poco seria è troppo. Pagamento effettuato con ordine del 20 luglio 2025 , ad oggi non è mai pervenuto. Ho inviato tantissime e mail, senza alcun riscontro. Dovrò procedere per avere indietro le mie somme.

Please please do not order from this website!!!!! I wish I had of read reviews properly before ordering as now I am over £100 down and left with cheap rubbish that arrived nearly 8 weeks after I ordered! The customer service is appalling- even when they do respond they won’t help. Save yourself the trouble and avoid at all costs

I’m very disappointed with my purchase. The dress arrived almost a month and a half late, and when I asked for a return, I was told that delays are not covered by their return policy. On top of that, the quality of the dress is extremely poor — it looks like something that could have been bought for a few euros in a cheap store, yet it was sold at an outrageously high price compared to the quality. Overall, terrible value for money and a very frustrating experience.

I ordered a dress that looked like a dress on the Karen Millen website and they even used 2 of their pictures directly from the site. The dress arrived after chasing it twice and the quality is disgraceful. I emailed looking for the return label only to be told that it did not fit the return criteria. Buyer beware of this website. A 1 Star is too generous.

Scam website. False advertisement. I ordered my item at the end of June, shipping reads 8-12 working days, it now August no item received. I reached out the the company several times and they keep pushing the shipping date back and told me that I can ordered something else. I just reqested a refund, and according to the other reviews seems as though they will not grant my request for a refund.

I was really disappointed with RivaCoco and I won't be shopping with them again. I had seen a few ads for their clothes on my social media and decided to order a dress from their website - advertised to be delivered within 10-12 working days. I had ordered the dress for a wedding. On day 10, I emailed the retailer to as for an update as I had not heard anything and needed to know whether to cancel the order and source an alternative. Their customer service did get back to me within 24 hrs but informed me the warehouse was out of stock of the item and due to logisitcal issues would not be shipping the item until August 10. This was beyond the date I needed the item so I responded and asked for a refund. Their customer service team said this was not possible given the order was 'locked' in their system which is illegal under UK consumer right law. I responded, citing the relevant legislation to which they once again responded telling me to re-check my tracking code as the order will be dispatched within a few days. I have reiterated I no longer want the item, and asked my bank to charge back the transaction. If the item arrives I will be sending it back and refusing to pay the return fee.

Terrible company. Complete scam.
My order arrived two months late, and the dress was awful — poor quality, badly finished, and stained. It looked nothing like the photos. The customer service is nonexistent: rude, slow, and completely unhelpful.

Returns? Not possible — even when the item is damaged. Absolutely outrageous. Everything comes from China, despite how it’s presented. Cheap junk passed off as fashion.

The fact that influencers promote this is honestly pathetic. People are being misled into buying trash. I will report this to the ECC (European Consumer Centre) — this kind of business should be shut down.

Do not buy from them. Waste of money and time.

HO VISTO ADDIRITTURA UNA LORO FOTO DI UN VERO VESTITO DI PUCCI CHE COSTA PIÙ DI 2000 EURO , E LORO USANO LA FOTO CHIEDENDO 50 EURO PER IL VESTITO. OVVIAMENTE IL ARTICOLO NON ARRIVA MA. E UNA TRUFFA DA DENUNCIARE.
