I think riverside car sales has to got to be the best place in boro as they have sorted me out with many of my cars supers cars and family cars ther service is great and the people there have a lot of respect for there customers which I like a lot.

If I have any luck, it’s bad luck 😩😩😩
on the 14th July I bought a car from these. Absolutely lovely car, full service history, 40k miles and relatively cheap.

Upon driving home, the car went into limp mode. Two days later, engine management light was on.

I sent the car back to get fixed, all seemed well, car is returned. I had no further problems until the car started to blow plumes of smoke out of the exhaust.

Contacted the finance to return the car and get a refund, for the garage to say ‘we don’t do that here’. However, it is the law. I had 30 days to identify them of a fault for a refund. They refused.

Had an independent engineer come out to tell me
- The head gasket was going
- the turbo was going
- they had taken the DPF filter out
- the DEF was broken
- There was a huge problem with the emission system.

Even after them having evidence of this - THEY STILL REFUSED. It has been proved that they have disabled the sensors to tell me of a problem and made the car unsafe for me and my CHILD to be in.

This garage has continuously made lies up about me, stating they have contacted me - they have fixed my vehicle. Bla bla bla. All untrue.

4 weeks after returning the car to them, they still haven’t paid me my lump sum deposit and left it to the finance.

If anyone sees this car for sale. AVOID IT.

Only spoke to them via telephone, twice, however during the second call when I challenged them, was instantly accused of shouting, which I was not, and I instantly ended the call.
Buyers beware!

My husband and I purchased a discovery sport a week ago, Lee and his te were great .. a few days later we noticed a strong smell of diesel coming through the vents which happened on a few occasions, I have just contacted them in regards to this and they were extremely polite and professional amd have asked us to return the car for them to work on and offered us a courtesy car all free of charge. I cannot fault the customer service .... brilliant garage
