What a beauty! I opened the box and it actually smelled like wood, it made my day! You can tell that this is proper quality at a fair price which will last for years. So while I had an original grump about the delivery (my table top didn't arrive) Joshua at RizAndMicaMake jumped in feet first to sort this out. No questions asked a new table top was immediately manufactured, long before Fedex confessed culpability (they had in fact lost the parcel!). All in all I have to commend these guys the Table and Bench are superb and the teams attention to detail and continued follow-up has been excellent. Congratulations guys, you earn a Podium place for your "Jedi" level service and; it shows how much you care about your customers and your brand. Bravo!

I am a 3D artist, working a lot and I have some minor back and posture problems.

I wanted something steady, strong, and more importantly customized exactly how I wanted to have the perfect desk curvature for my forearms, so I am comfortable working (and gaming!) for long hours.

I fell in love with their store and wanted a desk to replace my cheap wobbly one.

I sent a mail saying that I loved a certain desk but I would like some modifications on it. They handled it like pros. They sent preview files in 3D based on my requirements etc... They did everything to the perfection, especially the person I was talking too via mail.

We bought a table and bench from Riz and Mica around a year ago and were so pleased with it that we have just bought stools and shelves to add to the same room. The pieces really complement one another, and we have had many compliments from friends and family! They feel really sturdy, look stylish and were easy to put together. Customer service was also great, we wanted more shelves than were in stock but the team got back to us quickly and ordered the amount we needed.

Only slight negative is I wasn’t 100%sure what wood I was getting. I saw mention of oak in the colour list and sort of thought it was oak. My bad. But maybe it could be clearer on the website for less observant folk like me. Other than that a perfect experience. The desk is fantastic, perfect size, perfect desk holes in the right places. Trapezium legs look great and really easy to attach. I really like the link to a form to enter customisation info - works really well. And it feels good to get reclaimed timber. Thanks. Mark

Speedy and secure delivery. Excellent quality and just what I was hoping for. We are using this as a home office desk and it sets off the room perfectly. Extremely easy installation of just 8 wood screws per leg (all provided in the boxes). The extra bonus of ordering through you guys is the fact it’s reclaimed wood and I loved the planting of a tree that came with the order (the seed paper instructions are also great). Thank you!!
