I paid over £1,000 for a TV cabinet that arrived unassembled and was nowhere near the quality advertised. When I decided to return it, RNK London showed their true colours.
First, they tried to hit me with a 20% restocking fee that does not exist anywhere in their published returns policy — only backing down when I called them out on it. Then they offered to arrange a collection for £200, strung me along for days with zero confirmed date, and eventually left me to sort my own courier after multiple unanswered follow-ups.
When courier delays pushed the physical return slightly over the window, they flatly refused to accept the item back — ignoring the fact that their own policy says customers can “initiate a return within 14 days,” which I did, in writing, on day one. They are now withholding over £1,000 of my money.
This is not a company that honours consumer rights. It is a company that makes returns deliberately difficult, moves the goalposts when it suits them, and hopes customers give up. I haven’t.
Do not buy from RNK London if you think there is any chance you might need to return something. You will regret it.

First time purchase from this business through Ebay, and the items are all broken.
I ordered a sink and shelf unit at a cost of £500, and they were delivered on time however I had a delay on my bathroom renovation so I left them wrapped. In hindsight I should have checked the items, but the boxes were all in good condition so I had no reason to be worried.
38 days later when it was time for the sink to be fitted we opened the boxes and found that the items had been doubled boxed. The interior boxes were dirty and showed signs of mistreatment. Had I seen this originally I would have checked the items straight away.
Suffice to say when we opened the interior boxes both the sink and the shelf were badly broken. It seemed very much to me that the items had been damaged in transit and then reboxed to appear new.
I contacted the business and they were less than helpful. I understand these things happen so I was very respectful in my communication, however the messages received back were not in the same tone. The business practically accused me of damaging the items myself, even though I provided images of the items being unwrapped and found to be damaged. I accept that I should have checked, and I repeatedly said that, however this doesn't negate my rights under Consumer Law. I've logged a dispute with PayPal and should we not reach a resolution I will have no option but to proceed to small claims court. It's very disappointing and could most certainly have been handled much better. Be careful with your purchases and ensure you check your items as soon as they arrive as if it is after 48 hours the business won't want to know.

After searching for a few weeks for quality luxury sink/ basins nothing came upto parr until I came across this business immediately I was immensely impressed & purchased 5 stone sinks they were immaculate and the price was good too.
