What a perfect experience!!!!!
We rented for 6 nights to go to the National Parks and all worked perfectly. The company has the best employees. They helped us in everything. We will be back and rent with them again and again.

I would recommend Road Bear and particularly this location. Excellent, we had book an RV back in February with another Company (Indy - beware) and the condition of the rental was so bad we couldn’t take the RV. It was day 1 of vacation and we had to searched for another and found Road Bear - excellent! We rented from them and they were great! 😁

Road Bear Las Vegas provided us with an excellent check in and return experience. When we had a problem on the road with the toaster they authorized us to buy a new one immediately and reimbursed us on return of van. The Van was clean and in good working order. Great team in Las Vegas!

From check in to drop off, staff was welcoming and courteous. The vehicle was in great shape and we had an absolute blast. The location adjacent to the interstate was also really fire those first few nervous miles!

It was a Great Experience, everithing was excelent and my family and I spend a lot of fun and made beautiful memories and know some of the best sightseen in America.

The service was great. Pick up and drop off was generally smooth, staff clearly knew what they were doing, and everyone was friendly and patient, even with the first-time RV renters like ourselves.

Quick pickup and drop-off (though I wish their hours were a little more flexible), clean and ran great. Really happy everything was so straightforward!

The purpose of our trip was to see Utah National Parks - Zion, Bryce, Arches and initially Canyonlands, but due to weather we pivoted to Capital Reef. The RV itself was in excellent shape - this was not a run down situation - it was truly reflective of the pictures we saw online. We got the 31 foot Class C, and it was surprisingly maneuverable. It takes about 30 minutes before you get the hang of it, but absolutely doable. The fuel economy overall for a giant RV was fine. Fridge and freezer were excellent. The bump out worked great. Emptying the black and grey tanks were very simple - make sure to close the valves all the way before you take off though, tightly. The only thing that was somewhat less than perfect was the space in the rear bedroom, it made it a little difficult to change. Bathroom was acceptable as well.

Road Bear's service was truly second to none. The shuttle picked us up from the airport and when we dropped the RV off on our return, it took approximately 15 total minutes from handing keys to being done. Since they weren't able to drop us off at our hotel in the shuttle, the called us an uber.

My biggest recommendation is to do the pre-check in as early as possible. Once we arrived for our pickup, we waited approximately 30 minutes (which was short) until our name was called to pick up our rental. I signed some additional paperwork, they handed me the keys, and walked me to the vehicle. The attendant showed me around in a few minutes, confirmed I watched the pre-check in movie and sent us on our way within 45 minutes of arriving, waiting, etc.

Again - I would absolutely recommend Road Bear, this was an excellent experience.

The RV was in great condition - all of the basics were ready and in place. Friendly staff, with comprehensive instruction for a first time RV user.

We had a great experience with Road Bear RV. The only reason we didn’t do 5 stars was the slow start getting out the door as they seemed busy and a bit understaffed. The woman who assisted us was wonderful to work with. We drove the RV to Zion National Park.
