For the most part everything was good
For the most part everything was good. However, the return shuttle was terrible. 6 of us waited at the pick up location for about an hour. When we got back to the hotel one of the vans was parked with no driver. The one driver that was operating told others at the pick up he would be back in 30 minutes so obviously he was doing something else instead of picking us up.

The experience of attending the Masters…
The experience of attending the Masters was a lifelong dream come true. Roadtrips allowed that to happen by supplying tickets, hotel accommodations and transportation to and from the course. The course experience was spectacular, the hotel was good, the transportation to and from the course needs some upgrades.

Masters 2025
From start to finish - the sales process through fulfillment- was easy and enjoyable. The communication of meeting onsite rep Matt made it very clear and organized. We had the trip of a lifetime. The only part I didn’t quite like was that when I paid for the package up front, Roadtrips couldn’t tell me exactly what hospitality venue was included in the package. Later I was told it would be the Executive Club, which wasn’t my first choice. Then 2weeks before trip was notified that the venue would be Magnolia Club, which was actually great because that’s where we wanted to be anyway, so that was a welcomed change. Bottom line is that it would be preferred if we were able to just get a commitment on hospitality venue when the trip was originally booked and paid for. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Thanks very much for your feedback, we always like to hear from our guests. We do recognize that Augusta is somewhat limited in terms of top level hotels. While it is a bit of a drive, we do have some guests that prefer to stay at the Ritz in Lake Oconee, but that does add a fair bit of driving and takes one out of the unique “Augusta during the Masters” vibe. We did enjoy hosting you and your party at this historic Masters and look forward to seeing you down the road.

Superbowl in New Orleans
we travelled out from Australia for the Superbowl in New Orleans.. Raphael our on site host was very helpful and friendly. the accomodation part of the package was great in a nice central location and close to everything.. had a wonderful experience and the gift pack was great as provided our clear bag and some memorabilia for us... awesome experience all round

The Best
My family and I have been traveling with Roadtrips since the London Olympics in 2012. They never disappoint. Their HQ and onsite staff are always professional, friendly and helpful. Event tickets are always fantastic. And they do their best to make every trip memorable. My most recent trip to the Paris Olympics was no exception. Could not recommend them more highly.

When Tokyo summer Olympics was…
When Tokyo summer Olympics was rescheduled we expected a full refund. Our only option was Paris. Fortunately we were healthy enough and calendar worked or we would have lost a lot of money. Paris was very nice but hotel was average!!! Really disappointed refund was not an option!!!! Not first class as we expected!!!!

Thanks for the communication. We do understand that the global pandemic was a challenging and complicated time for everyone. We were very pleased to be able to provide all of our Tokyo guests with the option for a full Summer Games experience in Paris instead of Tokyo. We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy the Renaissance Paris Vendome (provided in lieu of the Tokyo Hilton) as much as many of our other guests did. We heard rave reviews about the delicious Mediterranean food and breakfasts at Kapara and the hotel’s prime location in the 8th Arrondissement just steps away from the Place du Concorde event venues. The Paris Games turned out to be one of the most well received and popular Games in memory, and we did appreciate the opportunity to host you at that once in a lifetime sports experience.
