Does anyone have their phone number, I want to place an order?

Overall it’s a terrible coffee, massive lack of flavour, watery, old and hardly any smell off coffee also very bitter taste, hardly any caffeine in it. Damp when grinding it, it has no flavour no mater what setting you use, coffee will disappoint you in every aspect. Not recommended. Sorry if I’m being harsh but this sort of coffee can be found in any food supermarket. 2 star goes to packaging and post other wise would be 0. We normally get our coffee fresh from our local roasters such, Flour Pot/The Milk Shed and Trading Post also Small Batch in Brighton but thought we try something different and deffo not worth it changing. Thanks

Great sustainable, good value option... lovely coffee too

Having been let down and disappointed with Nespresso, I came across Roar Gill , looking for an eco friendly and more affordable option. Ordering and delivery was effortless and the coffee is excellent. Super little booklet gives some great tips on how to make the best cup. Bought 80 pods and very happily working our way through them. Better than Nespresso in every respect

Honestly, cannot praise this product enough! How did I survive without this coffee pods before, very miserably for sure. Excellent flavour varieties (swiss water decaffeinated pods too), fast delivery and 100% biodegradable pods; that ticks all my boxes! Don't have to faff with trying to recycle regular shop pods (bit of a nightmare and dubious) as these are easy to pop straight into our food recycling bin, easy peasy. Also, customer service is second to none, absolutely superb people. Happy customers here 😀

Looked promising on the outset but let down by very poor service (possibly a scam?).

I had ordered two packs of coffee and none of them got delivered. The tracking link indicated that they were not even dispatched, but the customer service kept saying they had been dispatched!

Having waited for over a month with no result, I asked for refund a couple of times but their response was always "we'll refund once the lost packages get returned to us". At this point, I don't even believe that they actually dispatched anything at all!

Thankfully, I had ordered via PayPay, who were really helpful in getting me the refunds. Roargill didn't even bother responding to my PayPal claim, which shows the kind of company they are!

Great service - quick delivery, delicious coffee, and biodegradable pods for our Nespresso machine. And I love when companies put sustainability at the heart of what they do!

Great company - helps you drink great coffee at the same time as treading lightly on the planet. Also some of the best customer service I have experience - no change in subscription timings is too much, great bonus offers every so often and the odd surprise of a few extra boxes in your order - give them a try.
