Our overall experience is wonderful! We are located in Tennessee, so if there is any drawback at all, it’s just logistical, being so far away. Otherwise, we are extremely happy. The roasts that we have chosen have been tasted tested by strangers and friends and we have asked for them to be fully transparent. Not one negative feedback.

Amazing company, wonderful top quality products and the support staff is second to none. We love having their coffee in our store and the customers love it too. On a recent order I messed up and chose the wrong type of coffee and they caught it and reached out to me and was kind enough to reprint the boxes and get it shipped out quickly. Something they didn't have to do but this is their level of customer service.

Great coffee and great customer service! I needed a package to arrive faster than normal for a event and Doug was able to expedite my shipping free of charge. It was a lifesaver!

I had some issues connecting my Roastify account to Shopify. The videos on YouTube aren't up to date, and didn't address the issue I was having. I asked a question via e-mail and it took FIVE DAYS for someone to reply.

Highly recommend! Doug has been so helpful and quick to answer with any questions I've had in my set up and design process. The templates look complicated for someone that's never done packaging before, but they're very user friendly and my mockups are looking great. I'm looking forward to building my brand with Roastify :)

Doug was very helpful and was able to assist us where we were not able to figure things out. He dove into the problem, found the issue and was able to resolve our issue.

It's a great price point, to get started in the business. Sometimes I think the app could be a little more user friendly, it can be occasionally clunky to click through and find what you're looking for. Though overall pretty nice to work with.

Such a well organized and thoughtfully designed experience so far. Customer support responses were a bit slow for a small period of time but has since greatly improved. Overall, an awesome experience and really glad with how accessible the team at Roastify has made creating a great e-comm coffee brand/product line. :)

So far, I’ve had a great experience with Roastify. They’ve been super flexible when it comes to customizing designs, which is a big plus. Processing time can be a little slower sometimes, but I totally get that roasting and shipping fresh coffee takes time — and the quality makes it worth the wait.

What really sets them apart is the coffee itself. I’ve looked at other dropshipping options before but never used them for my brand because the coffee always tasted cheap. Roastify is the first one where I actually can say I enjoy the coffee — and that’s huge. My customers love it too.

Most innovative businesses have a lot of holes to fill... but not Roastify! The efficiency and responsiveness in unlike any other company I have worked with.

I've been with them for well over a year, and they are great! I'm SUPER small, but they love me anyway. :-) That's probably the best thing. They are super responsive and help you out no matter your size. The coffee is ACTUALLY fresh and good, too. It's White label, not the new typical drop shipping that pretends to be white label.
