Very practical, you can't smell any oil fumes when cooking.

Excellent service and a great product! Archie from customer support made the buying process seamless. Delivery was incredibly fast—which I am certain Archie made an effort to make happen—so fast that the hood arrived well before my delayed cabinet installation. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the customer support, product design, performance, and value of my purchase.

Worst experience with false statements of 30 days of free return and the details are difficult to find

My Robam unit arrived on time and is still in the original packaging. I will assess its condition once it is unpacked. I have not yet had it installed, but so far the purchasing and delivery experience has been smooth. I will provide a more detailed review after installation and once I have had the opportunity to use it.

Great company, great product and shipped the same day

We purchased the R-Max3-30” range hood. We were advised we needed to purchase the hood forest before any installer information would be provided in my area. We have been contacting the company since we purchased it and everytime we call they say they’ll call back and never do.

Very difficult to return. Submitted a return request 2 weeks ago right after receiving the item and still haven't heard back. I'm concerned that I won't be able to return the item even they claimed they accept returns within 30 days of ordering.

the stainless steel cover has scratches on the front side, the oil collector can't push into the place. I've called the customer services many times, nobody answered call
