I ordered two 24tb recertified drives and not only did they upgrade it for free to 28tb drives but when they arrived both the SMART and FARM data indicated they were practically brand new, manufactured 6 months ago and with about 2 hrs of usage. Obviously they were down-binned stock or data centre returns or something rather than used recerts, and they have been working extremely well so far. Effectively worked out at over 60% discount compared to new prices.

Delivery to UK was maybe 2 weeks, and it was well packaged to avoid damage. The company answered emails about stock etc, they obviously asked ChatGPT to "make it sound more british" and it came out a bit funny but that was fine. They're the only place offering a 5 year warranty and their reputation seems good, so hopefully they deliver on that if needed.

A fair price for the product. Good communication about the order and delivery. The order even arrived ahead of the expected date. Excellent service.

Refunded fine, but refurbished Seagate HDD's, where Seagate just not sorted why they had been returned. Robert's had no return policy though - crazy, no idea what to do with them - Robert's just said hold on to them! I think they've stopped selling them now.

I'm currently in the process of RMAing a drive, and will update should anything go wrong.

I'm very happy with the experience, I had a dead on arrival HDD, sent it back, the seller tried in every way in this crazy market (writing in 03/2026) to satisfy me with many options, refunds and other hard disks.

We concluded with a full refund, I'm in Europe, they have a dedicated address in Europe to do RMAs and so on. The experience was smooth.
