Sold me a dodge saw that wasn’t tuned correctly I had to bring it to a dealer to get a new tune put on

Hi there,
We're sorry to hear you had trouble with your saw. Rest assured, the product you bought goes through a Pre-Delivery inspection before it is shipped. In this instance it is started, run and tuned to ensure it is working correctly.
Although extrememly rare, unfortunately, problems can happen and we're sorry that you had trouble. We have however not seen any correspondence via phone or email about this issue - if we had known about this issue we would have been able to get the saw back to us, re-tuned and delivered back to your door in a couple of days.
That being said, I see here that the order is going back over 3 months now, and it could have been the case that if the saw wasnt used until now there could have been some fuel left in the carburetor from the pre-delivery inspection. Since fuel has a very short shelf life nowadays, this fuel could have become dead and this is why the saw did not run correctly on first use.
