Heb al veel besteld en was er zeer tevreden over, maar laatste grote bestelling ging wat mis, heel veel pakken waren lek. Ik heb ze diverse, 4 of meer, Emails gestuurd maar er wordt totaal niet meer gereageerd. Vroeger wel met een vraag, maar nu met een vraag hoe zit dit aanpakken, geen reactie op alle gebruikte emailadressen, na weken van verzoek tot oplossing via vele emails. Ik vraag me zeer af waarom eerst zo goed en nu niets meer?

Robert & Berries sind einfach lecker und richtig Natur pur. Deswegen freue ich mich darüber.

I am so sorry I made this purchase. As a longtime daily consumer and lover of berries, I ordered the full assortment of 7 types of this company's crushed berries, and even with a "welcome discount" and free shipping, I still paid almost $150 (Yes, I must have been out of my mind). Suffice it to say, the products don't taste anything like I expected they would, but after paying so much for them, I've been slowly trying to work my way through the supply even though it hasn't been all that enjoyable. Then in today's mail, I got an invoice from FedEx for $60. Though I regularly use FedEx in my business, I had no recollection of sending anything to anyone recently. So I called FedEx; the agent looked up the invoice and reported that the $60 was for "Duties, Taxes and Brokerage fees" for my berry order. Say what? I went back to my original order confirmation and there was no mention of this; all it said was "Free Shipping" (normally valued at $43). I went to the company's website and NOWHERE OBVIOUS does it mention anything about the customer being responsible for duties, taxes and brokerage fees. So I searched under "Shipping". Nothing. I searched under "Delivery". Nothing. But that led me to "Terms of Service", where buried 2/3 of the way down in Paragraph #4, it states, "If you order products from a country or place that is not part of the EU customs and tax union, prices do not include transport and handling costs, but you may have to pay value added taxes or other additional taxes and or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from the price charged by Roberts and are collected when the package reaches the specified destination.” So I've shelled out over $208 for 42 little cups of crushed berries. Head slap!! As someone who takes fiscal responsibility very seriously, I'm embarrassed, appalled and angry with myself for not dissecting Every Single Word on this company's website before ordering. Needless to say, that was the first and last order I'll be making. BUYER BEWARE!

I really enjoy Roberts Berrie. I recall foraging for these super healthy berries when i was a child.
Unfortunately where i live now, they are not native to the land. I have a pot of Roberts Berrie each morning and enjoy every last drop of it 🥰

I am on subscription now as the wild bilberry juice became part of my daily breakfast staple. Fantastic product.
I will definitely try the other juices.

I really like the taste of juices, and the first order was very affordable with an opportunity to get a 50% discount plus free shipping. I might try again some time soon. However, there are a few things that might stop me: I try to avoid plastic as much as possible (obviously, microplastics is everywhere: in the water we drink and the air we breathe, but when I have an opportunity, I avoid it). That’s why it’s concerning that all the juices come in plastic boxes. Plus, the preservative is used which isn’t as natural I thought these juices are. All in all, I really liked the taste, they are very refreshing on a hot summer day.

This might be more convenient than granola bars!! I love these berries, every kind tastes great, I think my favorite part about these is that I can drink them with no thought of guilt because I am having a healthy treat! They actually improve my life and make me feel better when I regularly have them. I can take them to work, camping, on the road, really anywhere and they don't take up fridge space!

Fantastic product and customer service to match…

These berries are like no other. I’m a blueberry lover, and these taste like no other blueberry I’ve ever purchased in the US. The taste, the texture is wonderful, and they are full of antioxidants. Good for inflammation, and also good for collagen production. I refrigerate mine, and they are such a delicious treat with my breakfast. I pour them in my oats on occasion, and find so many ways to incorporate them into my day.
Shipping is quick, and I can’t recommend them enough. I’m so happy I placed an order!

I absolutely love the product! The different berry flavors each have their own unique and delicious taste, which makes them enjoyable to try.

Unfortunately, one of the cups in my shipment arrived damaged and had exploded. However, the customer service was excellent and quickly arranged a replacement product for me.

Overall, I’m very happy with both the product and the customer service. Highly recommended!
