Bought this to take on holiday and it's lovely against the skin, dries quickly too after a swim. Colours haven't faded a bit.

These have become my go-to for hot days, so breathable and they don't cling at all. Wash well too without losing their shape.

Bought this for a holiday in Portugal and it kept the sun off nicely without looking cheap. Held its shape the whole trip.

Completely Desceptive!! Products arrived nothing like the photos!! Website is not reflective of the products they’re selling at all. They don’t reply when I tried to complain. Avoid buying anything from this website.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Robin & Cole Smith believing I was buying from a UK-based company. Their website refers to a UK warehouse, but what they don't make clear before you purchase is that if you need to return anything, you're expected to ship it to China at your own expense.

The shoes I received were disappointing quality and not what I expected from the photos and description. When I contacted customer service, I was told I could either pay around £30–£40 to return them to China or accept a 10% refund and keep the items.

Their published return policy says they'll tell you where to return your order after approving the return, but it doesn't clearly disclose before purchase that the return address is in China. Had I known this, I would never have placed the order.

My advice is to read the small print very carefully before ordering. What looked like a straightforward UK purchase has turned into a costly and frustrating experience.

Quality of product very poor considering price, nothing like description on their site. Returns to China have to be made by customer so I would be very wary of ordering anything from this company!!

Do not order from this company. They are scammers…..I cancelled my order within their T&C’s but insisted my order had already been dispatched which was a lie, they agreed to refund me for the shoes & said once the shoes had been received I can keep them free of charge, of course this was yet another lie, I have not received my refund or the items I paid for. They claim to be trading in the UK but their company is based in China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT….

I've been shopping here for over a year now and the quality has stayed consistently high. Never had a bad experience yet.

Ordered a dress, absolutely terrible quality, awful material. I was aware that I would be responsible for return shipping costs, but not to china. It does not mention this on the website. I was offered a 10% refund (£3.45) if I didn't send it back and gift it to a friend instead! Don't order from this company, low quality goods and not transparent regarding returning items that are only fit for the bin!!

Dress arrived. Nowhere near the quality or design of the picture. States ruffed cuffs, and picture shows zigzagged hem. Do not buy from this company. Registered in Hong Kong, no uk rights and made to pay for returns. Even though the items are not the same. Have tried to rectify with many emails and pictures but no luck. Temu in disguise with much higher prices. Have pictures but couldn’t put up on here. You have been warned!

Bought a pair of trainers for walking and they're brilliant, proper arch support and no rubbing at all, even after a full day on my feet.

Slow to deliver, terrible quality, bad sizing and rude support. Have to return to China at your own cost (own cost within UK is fine but having to return to China is crazy). Absolutely would not buy again.

I ordered two blouses advertised as Linen. They are actually made of polyester. I will not wear garments made of petrochemicals. This is my choice. I would not have ordered had they been advertised as polyester. Therefore this is false advertising. I told them I am happy to return them but as the issue was theirs, they had broken the Trades Description Act, they would need to provide postage. They refused then tried to haggle with me offering 20, then 30 then 'final offer' 40% refund. Even as a company based in China (communications via Hong Kong) they acknowledged they had to abide by British law. I have refused this and told them I would inform the various fraud bodies, companies they operate with (Shop and Google, etc), and any independent review organisation. Since then, my email address has been hacked and communications received requesting my bank details for refunds I had already received. It may not be them but the timing is related.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they are NOT UK and once you receive your substandard crap from them you then have to return it to CHINA at your cost which is more than the crap that they sent you out. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER

If I could give 0 stars I would. They look like a British website, saying "free Royal Mail postage" but it is cheap tat from China. Takes weeks to come & then it is the cheapest rubbish I have ever seen.

Not even worth £1 never mind £65!

They accept returns, but you have to post back to China yourself for £25.

I ordered the wrong size by accident but customer service caught it before dispatch and had the correct size sent out straight away.

I also have had a disappointing experience with this company. The dress was not the same as the one advertised, the fabric a cheap polyester. Customer service advised I return it to China - at big expense or accept a 20% refund.

I find this kind of business insulting. Chancers!

Accidentally ordered two of the same thing. Missed the 30 minute window for cancellations because I didn't realise I'd ordered two. I also didn't realise that I would have to send it back to China so postage will be expensive. Don't ordered from this company, awful terms and conditions and low quality goods.

Honestly didn't expect much for the price but I was proven wrong. The material feels premium and the stitching is neat throughout.
