Very friendly and helpful staff. Even though the store was busy the lady helping me made me feel like I was the only customer.

Absolutely outstanding service. I bought some gorgeous sandals and then was helped by one of the lovely owners to chose some beautiful clothes for work. I will definitely be back 😊

Robinson’s is a wonderful world of warmth and colour. Whether you purchase an item or not the staff are always friendly and charming , doing their best to help without pushing the customer to buy. Shopping finished you can relax in their pretty outdoor area with cake , a selection of coffee or tea or whatever takes your fancy!
Visiting Alnwick, this is a shop not to be missed.
