We had contact Robinson after being let down by numerous trades people and felt all our service needs were better fulfilled by using one facilities company. Robinsons has been a great asset, providing quotes when asked and actioning repairs and certification when quickly and efficiently. From the initial email regarding services offered, getting the quote and organizing the site visit Robinson's Facilities Services have been fantastic. Easy to get hold of, very informative always polite, professional and friendly. The engineer who came to us was lovely and the paperwork sent over in good time.

We have used Robinsons as our M&E maintenance contractors at our Head Office building for the past 5 years and can highly recommend them. From their customer service advisors to their engineers, they are always efficient and helpful. Prices are very competitive and knowledge is exceptional.
